In June of 2023 we ordered a door and storm door from a sales man of Lowes we did not get delivery of the door until September of 2023 the measurements were not correct the reorder/installation of the door took until February of 2024. We have had a long rocky road with Lowes WE want some one to care about us as a customer . Lowes offered us a 25.00 gift certificate for 8 months of waiting for a strait forward transaction, There are so many things that fell through with this transaction but i did not want to air bad news i just want to be compensated for our time and patience CAN I TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR ADMINISTRATOR

the employees in this store are always willing to assist me when I ask. They have always stopped what they're doing to assist except when they're working with a customer and I'll wait or not. When I encountered staff who don't know what's in their store, if I find the product I find them and show them and tell them where it's located. most of the negative reviews I've read are due to poor management, training and oversight. The buck stops with the manager. Customer service staff are just bodies on duty.

I hate calling this store to ask about any product. The 3 times I called to ask about 5 gallon water (if it's in stock), someone initially answers my call and says "hold on". Then I wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. I hang up and I try calling back, and no one answers. The water containers are located 10 yards away from where the service desk is. What is the problem at this store that simple information can't be requested? And, it never fails, as I drive to the store to check myself, and people are just standing at the service desk talking to each other. It must be great to get paid for doing nothing.

Horrible customer service. Lowe’s incorrectly mixed paint that we had purchased, went to exchange the paint and they would not accept the paint for an exchange. This was LOWES problem from the beginning, the store supervisor, Joe, was extremely disrespectful and now we have paint that we can’t use!!

They are a bunch of useless clowns here. Nobody's interested in doing their job. The Customer Service line DOES NOT pick up the phone and when they do it's usually some asshat trying to pass the buck to another asshat. On that note, avoid online orders with this location. They delivered a broken bathroom vanity and counter and it's been a nightmare trying to get someone on the phone to pick up the broken vanity and deliver one that isn't damaged. Just an overall lack of quality customer care, no pride in the work or service they offer to customers. We're talking big purchase items that aren't cheap. We're talking homeowners with contractors and expensive projects on hold bc your store can't deliver items in good shape or on time. F' this place man.

Seem to live here now that I am a homeowner. Kermit has been helping me with my paint needs.

If I don't write this now, I will probably forget, and I do not want to neglect writing this review for the awesome awesome help I have had from a few of the workers here at the Clinton Lowe's... Durrell in Customer Srvc, Ashante in Appliances, and a few other guys over the last few months really went above and beyond. And their professionalism, kindness, knowledge... good customer service is rare nowadays, so I wanna make sure I shout them out! Now, let me be clear... In all these hardware stores, there are people, especially young people that just don't have that work ethic, and they are all over. So yes, you may find yourself waiting for someone to come help you out for a while, but if you are looking for a good customer service seek out these guys.

Don't play a player. I asked one associate where a certain brand of work gloves were and I even showed her a picture on my phone. She straight up told me, "We don't have any. Try going around the corner." And before I could ask her which corner to turn, she was gone -- later, I found her on another aisle, pretending to look busy. I know that look. I'm 40 and I spent over half my life working in retail. I asked another associate, this time a dude, and he said gloves are generally in the painting aisle. But I couldn't find the specific ones I needed. I don't blame him, though. At least he tried. That other associate, though? When I was a teenager, I put on that same act, until I matured and got professional and realized that shoppers need good customer service. Except that this broad was no young person. She was an old who had clearly given up on life. Girl, don't play a player. I needed to find a level but after two associates were unhelpful, one more unhelpful than the other, I gave up. I had taken a cart with me intending to do some browsing and perhaps some additional shopping, but I left it stranded in the middle of some random aisle where I'd gotten lost and frustrated. I straight up walked out the store. I'm never rude like that. I always put my shopping cart away proper. But y'all didn't earn my respect. Not today, and probably not ever, 'cause I ain't coming back -- and if you are a potential shopper who got this far in my review, you would do well to steer clear as well.

I came there on the 4th, I had a question about returning a propane tank the young lady in customer service with the pink hair was unprofessional and rude I said hi to her she continued to talk to her coworker and when I said hi again and how are you she finally acknowledged me with a neck roll like I was bothering her then pointed to where I should go to exchange the tank, the next casher was very pleasant a seasoned lady with grey hair I recommend that you get a valued customer training class on some of your employees, I could have been the CEO of Lowe's, what in the world...

Why is it so hard for corporate to fix this store? Contract Chick Fil A to hire and train your customer service staff. Use mystery shoppers. Work with churches and nonprofits to find mature minded people. This mess ain't hard. Lowes apparently doesn't care. If you have COVID, are immune compromised, happen to have a child with you that can't be vaccinated, or absolutely can't enter the store for a pick up, DON'T USE CURBSIDE PICKUP. The joke will be on you. They do not intend to bring your items to you. I assume they figure if you wait long enough you will go inside and wait. Also, NO ONE I mean NO ONE will answer the phone when you call. What is the point in having a customer service line? This mess is basic business. Hire people who care and have some sense. If not, DON'T offer curbside pickup and waste people's time. Lastly, if you can't have someone answer the customer service line it is clear that you have no intention of providing or attempting to provide good customer service. I don't know when bad customer service became a competitive advantage. The way that phone goes unanswered clearly someone thinks they are winning. I can't be bothered any more.

The "Ghetto-est" of hardware stores. If there was an Olympic for the worst customer service, this store would win the Gold medal. Nobody answers the phone. You have to call corporate number to get anything done. You have to FIGHT for your refund. Customer service is rude. Go over the bridge and shop in Virginia. This store will NEVER get a dime of my money, nor any Lowes for that matter. Garbage place, garbage workers.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Customer service is slow and do not prioritize efficiency. A line of guests are waiting at CUSTOMER SERVICE and not only is there 1 person on the register, but all associates around them just talk about personal business and not stepping in to help

This is the worst Lowes in the DMV. The women that work the early shift (6am-9am) have the worst attitude and absolutely no customer service skills at all. They need to be fired ASAP. How do you tell a customer NO they cant ask a question about a product when you standing at customer service and there is no one working on the floor. Then when you ask the manager (a women who finally comes out she has an attitude) about the number of products that is supposed to be in the store she says if that's the only one you see than that's all we have. Might I add there was no packaging on the item no bar code nothing. I had to pull the item up myself in order to purchase it bc she didnt want to provide me with a bar code. Again she was standing in customer service. I will not going back in there and will let everyone I know not to shop at that store. Had to give one star just to post other than that I would not give this store a star rating at all.

This location is a joke! Do not expect associates to assist you, or give reasonable explanations, or act like they know what curbside pick up is ever. Expect to be largely ignored, with no help on what to buy to complete your projects & to go stand on their forever long customerservice line. Save yourself the headache, got to the La Plata or Alexandria location instead where you won't have to make a dozen trips before you're even acknowledged as a person worthy of assisting. Service was consistently fast & on point at these locations.

DO NOT order home delivery via truck by Lowes! I ordered studs and track on Saturday to be delivered from my local Clinton store for today. The website and app assured me that the studs and track were in stock at my local store. Estimated delivery was supposed to be between 7:30 and 11:30 today. I received my other items by truck delivery and when asked about my studs and track the delivery team told me to contact the local store. I have sat on the customer service line for that store for 3 hours today and tried calling corporate customer service and sat another hour and a half. I do not recommend Lowe's Home delivery by truck because of this mix-up. I've tried Home Depot and they are the better company. Beware all buyers!
