This shop had my car for an entire month! Rod promised to call me with updates regarding my car. He called me 1 time!!! I had to call repeatedly to inquire! I picked my car up on December 21st and it is in the same condition as when I dropped it off on November 21st! Actually, before I got home my car started smoking due to “ low radiator fluid” It was not like this when I took it in! And, Rod yold me that he put antifreeze in my car! I was charged $600 and still don’t know what I paid for and I had to pay cash!! I will never go there again!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The most mixed reviews I've seen anywhere -- ever. After one visit, I can see why. Two stars for being honest (as far as I know) and straightforward, also docking two stars for accusing me of not doing the same. You want straightforward? Okay, then. And no, I did not get the work done, or even get a diagnosis.Clearly a mixed bag as far as customer service. I am not questioning their knowledge, expertise, or quality of the work they do. I wouldn't know.

I experienced poor service, poor customer service, and lack of customer human relations. I would never return or refer anyone to this auto repair shop. My vehicle was there for two months and the problem still wasn't repaired. I was forced to pay for services that I didn't ask for after returning for the same problem I brought it in for the first time. This shop should be closed down and reopened as a holding yard for junked cars.

I had my 2011 E350 Mercedes serviced by Rodney, the owner, he did an exceptional job! The service was top notch!!! I was truly impressed with my rotor and brake job replacement, left axle replacement repair, right side axle seal replaced. This was a long and tedious job but it was all completed on the same day and worth the wait. If you're looking for a great and professional mechanic as we'll as great prices, you won't be disappointed at International auto service!

It is nice to know there is an auto shop with great customer service and provides top notches services at affordable prices. Rodney, who is the business owner, takes time to explain the issue(s) with your car. He is not out to just "sell a service". Ive referred many colleagues, family members and friends to this shop and they are now lifetime customers. So if you are tired of auto shops saying they can fix your issue and can't... give this auto shop a call!If you want affordable prices with high end results... give this auto shop a call! You can thank me later....

At this point from my off hand experience either these reviews are from family members or someone the manager has paid . I WILL SAY THIS OVER AND OVER POOR SERVICE ONE MECHANIC VERY OVERPRICED AND EVEN BREAKS OTHER PARTS IN YOUR VEHICLE SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE PETTY CHANGE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL MAYBE ONLY FOR BRAkes THESES REVIEWS ARE LIES.

Idk any car shop that repairs a car and doesn't test drive but at international auto Clinton md who works on a car runs the gas out and doesn't replace it but international auto leaves you car unlocked unattended at this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY TONTHIS SHOP AND IT EASY TO GET REVIEWS FROM FRIENDS
