I was trying to reach the pharmacy to find out why my meds was put on hold. They kept sending me to the prescriber voicemail which I’m obviously not a doctor giving patients meds. They did this 4 times after leave me on hold. I guess they just don’t want to do their job so they transfer it to the prescriber line

HORRIBLE customer service in CLINTON CVS WOODYARD ROAD pharmacy!ALL CVS’s are NOT like this one.1. Prescriptions never ready even after being left a message to pick up EVERY TIME!2. Poor customer service, rude uncaring which include young people who did not get good onboard training, they don’t speak when you arrive to counter etc3. Staff does not follow doctors scriptsEx. Doctor specifies brand medicine you’re given generic by CVS and have to argue with staff about what doctor prescribed.4. No one answers in pharmacy Staff leave you on hold, you can hear when they finally pick up and say nothing and you go back on hold!*They need to clean this CVS pharmacy out and start again with staff and procedures. Only good thing about this CVS is the manager ( if she’s not she should be) young lady with glasses who’s first to arrive in the morning and does all she can to give customer excellent service, NOT LIKE THEIR PHARMACY?

As on writing this review, I've spent 20 minutes on hold, got disconnected, called back to reach someone in the pharmacy and put back on hold. All of this to try for the 4th time to get my asthma prescription filled. Sad thing is my prescription insurance is through CVS, so I'm stuck with this company. I will tell my company not to choose this provider for prescriptions because it really shouldn't be this difficult or take this long. If you decide on benefits for your institution, choose a different company because they clearly can't handle the volume or meet customer satisfaction based on the reviews of this location or others.

They call you for weeks telling you your prescription is ready and the cost but when you come in to pick it up it's not ready they spend 30 minutes fixing it..it doesn't make any sense to tell someone come pick up they're medication or it'll be put back just to get there and have to wait and this happens consistently the lines are always long and the techs and pharmacist are rude.

Customer service on point from the pharmacy where the employees were very helpful. Prescription was promised in half an hour, they texted me to pick it up. I had used a new insurance, she explained how it worked. The front cashier was super friendly, helped me at self checkout and used my coupon, I ended up not having to pay nothing. The store was clean and well stocked.

The Pharmacy at this CVS is the worst. They never have enough staff and the wait for the prescriptions are ridiculous, not sometimes but all the time. They tell you an hour than when you come back, they tell you it's going to be another hour. Just ridiculous. I hate everything about this CVS. Avoid this place for prescriptions. You can get better customer service and a shorter wait time at other places.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever came across. I order my medication days ago and today I go and pick by it up 1:20 and was told after 2pm. I walk out five minutes later at 1:25 I get a text telling me to get my medication. The games this location plays with peoples medication is unacceptable. This affects people's health yet the power trip they have at this location is going to their head. Let another person treat them this way they would lose their mind. I order my refill online and no one order the meds. Let's not talk about not counting control medication correctly. Someone open sealed bottles to place them in one large one and shorted the medication. The pharmacist didn't want to count them and used a pill counter and they were still short and looking shocked. Thank god I over heard a lady state she was short when she picked up her medicine which made me go and count mine. CVS HQ and the DEA needs to look into this location. This location needs some serious help asap.

Every experience at the CVS Pharmacy Clinton has been unpleasant. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. Whenever I call, I am put on hold for at least 30 minutes, and when they finally answer, they abruptly hang up. The lines are always very long, and the credit card scanner frequently malfunctions.

I waited on the phone for 30 mins for them to pick up the phone and hang up. I called a second time to make sure it wasn't an accident and of course another long wait and they purposely hung up again while I'm trying to check on my mother's prescription that has yet to be filled.

Unorganized. Slow. Long lines. Prescriptions will be promised by a certain time on the same day, but it might actually take a week at least. Nevertheless, I'm glad I'm not in dire need. But if you need a dependable pharmacy, this ain't the one.

This has to be legitimately the most ghetto, disorganized, disrespectful pharmacy I've ever dealt with. On the phone for 40 minutes just trying to confirm whether or not a prescription has been filled. I have no idea why CVS tolerates this level of ineptitude but leadership needs to go in a do a clean sweep of every single person who works there, including the pharmacist. No professional healthcare worker would ever run a business like this.

Last two times I had problems at the pharmacy. I got a text message saying my prescription was ready, but when I get there they have not even started it yet and then say wait time is about 30 min. The girls at the register have nast attitudes and act like they could care less. I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I am contacting CVS corporate and putting them on blast on Twitter for the abysmal pharmacy service here. My husband was told his Ambien prescription would take 30 mins to fill. He waited two hours and still did not receive it. He finally gave up and went home. When my husband and other customers complained about the long wait the pharmacy manager packed up and left!CVS you need to send some people to this location and see what really goes on.

The worst experience ever stood in line for 30 minutes with several people working behind counter over 6 to have my prescription transferred closer to home. Went to my pharmacy and it’s still on branch ave been waiting on hold for over 1 hour when Iwas in the store no one answered the phone this is a huge problem for sick people one lady was in line bringing meds back said it wasn’t hers. Awful

If I could give ZERO (0), I would. Wait time is excruciating painfully, terrible. Call on the phone and you're on hold forever only to have someone hang up 2 times. Provide more areas for customers to sit.
