I want to give no star but 1 star is the lowest i could mark it and honestly this pharmacist does not deserve a star. I was trying to have a preacription transfer from another CVS to this pharmacy for my dad. The pharmacist told me to call the other CVS to have the rx filled from 12/17th which was not picked up to have the claim reversed first so they could refill .. this could've been done by the Rph because it's the same CVS-confirmed by the Temple Hills pharmacist when I called because Clifton Pharmacist REFUSED TO PROCESS UNLESS THE PREVIOUS CLAIM IS REVERSED FIRST. This is totally jot acceptable behavior as a pharmacist who deals with elderly patients.

At the Clinton, MD location, I always receive exceptional customer service. The team is consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. There has never been a time I’ve visited and didn’t receive the proper service. Every staff member is kind and genuinely committed to making sure I have a smooth and positive shopping experience, which is why I continue to come back.
Thank you all for the outstanding service you provide. There’s a gentleman with dreads and a woman with a short haircut in particular who always go above and beyond — I wish I knew their names.

Ms. Theresa was amazing!!! Called this morning in need of a passport photo! She told me i could come on in… She was so nice & efficient in assisting me when i got there she is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Pharmacy is AWFUL! Tried to activate my prescription, told to wait another 20 mins and come back. Activated and was told 25 mins. Went back after 40 and still not ready. Told it was expedited and I’d get a text. Waited another 45 mins and stilllllll not ready. Service rep was very polite and wasn’t her fault, but would’ve rather just been told 2 hours up front when I activated so I could go home and return versus waiting repeatedly.

Worst experience I ever have had with a pharmacy at this location. I am a cash patient and was told due to their system software they would be unable to transfer my prescription over as they would be the third transfer. The only “help” they offered was to call the doctor and have them send over a new script. I’m sure most people that have ER trips with no insurance are aware of how nearly impossible it is to contact an ER physician. Once explained, pharmacy tech proceeds to say “oh” and walks away and starts to work on a different task while I am still standing there. I had to take matters into my own hands and contact CVS corporate customer service. I was able to speak with a very nice man who was in fact able to have my medication transferred to this location. I’m sure the tech was aware corporate had this kind of privilege but instead chose to withhold it and do less work to help the sick patient (myself). I have worked for YEARS in patient facing rolls and that is NOT how you treat sick patients. There were other negative experiences with this visit but that was the biggest. I will not be returning to this location.

This CVS deserve a 0 rating. The staff does not know what ther are doing. The clerk told me to wait 30mins the medication would be ready, however When I returned to get the medication the pharmacist said it's not in stock.

The customer service cashier was more than friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant it was a joy to be waiting on by her. Store was well stocked, I was even able to find an item (Downey Wrinkle Free travel size) that I could not find in Philadelphia where I live.
Really enjoyable visit to CVS.
