If I could give this place zero stars I would! They are extremely unprofessional from the service advisors to the manager. They had my vehicle for over 2 months. When I came to pick up my vehicle there were scratches and glue residue on my bumper that weren’t there before. The manager his name is Mike, said he would get it taken care of. That was a lie he held my vehicle for another month with no communication on what’s going on with my vehicle. Every time I try to call, I am told he will call me back but never hear anything back. My insurance company has reached out and they can’t explain what’s going on with my vehicle. I know a few people that’s been here, they all had horrible experiences and their vehicle with held for over a month with poor communication from the service advisors. Not to mention they do poor quality work on the vehicles so you will probably be right back because they can’t get it right the first time. Please save yourself a headache and do not go here!Services: Painting

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at the Clinton MD Caliber Collision Center. I own a 2018 Hyundai Santa fee Sport. There was a problem with their white paint application of the 2018 -2019 cars and SUV only. I received an extended warranty notice they would pay to have the issue resolved. I took my SUV to Caliber Collision. First off, I was greeted with a smile by the young man at the front desk. After an assessment, I agreed to have them do the repairs. From the moment I walked in, every person I encountered was friendly, courteous and welcoming. I was told the repair would be done within a week or two. I was provided with text updates and my SUV was ready within 10 days. I appreciated the updates provided via text. When I picked up my vehicle, to my surprise they had vacuumed it. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, but they vacuumed!! They offer a lifetime guarantee on the repair. They stand by their work. I cannot express how satisfied I am with not only the work they did but the service I received from the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this location and will gladly return should I ever need to.

Took over a month to get my car back .They had gave me a pick up date then changed it . I go to the pick up date and they tell me the car isn’t ready no one informed me or communicated that with me . They finally set another pick up date I go and pick up the car just to see that the pre-collision system isn’t working that was a Friday . The shop told me I would get the car back Monday . I called Monday and they assured me it would be that day . Finally got the car back on tuesday . I feel like the car was done on Monday but the shop did it on purpose to not give it to me since I had been calling them and even had my insurance company call them. When I pick up the car it’s having trouble starting up and I speak with Tommy and all he does is say that it’s cold and it’s temperature change and walks away . I went inside and talk to the GM Mike he comes outside and helps and assured me and told me what it was . Mike took the time to help me and check my battery and alternator when Tommy just walked away and didn’t care . Tommy is rude and has no customer service and doesn’t care about the customers or the work they have to perform on the cars .

I worked with Jessica at first , she was friendly and had great communication in regards to my car . The day I was set to get my car Jessica was not there I ended up working with Tommy . He’s obnoxious and so are his jokes . I feel like he doesn’t care about the customers or the car . The day I picked up my car he asked me why I kept looking and touching my car that was uncalled for and rude .I also spoke with the GM I believe his name was Mike I felt like he was more understanding of the situation and what was going on and I felt like he did try and make the situation better .

I would recommend finding another shop. The customer service is terrible eveyone has an attitude. And the people that work at this location are slow.... Like they don't understand how to do their job. They looked confused. It was a frustrating experience.

I had my car fixed at Caliber in Clinton after a car accident. They were very helpful and professional and fixed my car well and with care. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that there was a miscommunication with something I had requested to be repaired but Caliber resolved this quickly. I would definitely use them again!

The need for choosing Caliber in Clunton, Md was of convenience but I drove away knowing my vehicle was taken care off by skilled technicians. Alex took me through what was going to occur and the work completed on my vehicle was professionally done with skilled technicians completing the job. Caliber made a very upsetting situation easier to deal with. There are people in this world that can be trusted & the working crew with Caliber in Clinton, Md proved that for me.

Alex took time and went over my truck and show me the body workthat was done and explain every detail to me about what was fix and Caliber did a beautiful job on my truck you could not even tell it was in an accident. Alex thanks for a job well done.

After being rejected by another collision shop, that didn’t want to work with my insurance company, Caliber stepped up to do a wonderful job fixing damage that was caused by compound collision events. My vehicle was ready 2 days sooner than anticipated. Even though I was out of town when they called to notify me that the repair was complete, Caliber Collision didn’t worry me about rushing to pick it up. Thanks!Services: Painting
