The service was great. I knew I needed a thermostat, so when I took my car in, they did diagnostic to confirm that I needed the thermostat. The work was done. What I like most about them, they showed me pictures of my engine to say I have an oil leak, and I needed to have it done soon. Good job, I didn't feel pushed to have the work done right away. I will go back for Beamer to do the repair. Thank you Beamer Auto.

Took my 325 for a no crank no start. They had my car for about a month and a half, and recommended a buy another key and they do a bypass. That was about $900. After doing both, the car still didn't start. They then recommended changing the spark plugs and a intake hose.... (for almost $700 ). I declined that service because I knew that wasn't the reason. They claimed they couldn't scan the engine codes. So after almost 2 months and $900, I towed my car back home with the same issue it began with. The battery was dead when I got it back, so I charged it and scanned it myself. I now have a P0604 code ( I didn't have b4 Beamer auto) and it's the only code. I don't think they're as knowledgeable as they should be, especially to work majority one brand.

Yet another great review of Beamer Auto. I recently had my M235i worked on, it needed subframe bushings- a very complex procedure, even for a seasoned tech and it was something other shops either couldn't handle or just refused to do. It's an all-day job and they had to drop the entire rear end to do the work. My advisor, Kevin- was excellent with constant communications and kept me in the loop the whole time. Timelines were met, pricing was fair and they did excellent work. Well done guys!

This is a completely honest review. For the past 10 years I’ve used Beamer Auto to repair my vehicles. I have never had an issue until now. I took my car in and wanted a quote but I had to consistently call just to get a quote when I was told I would receive it right away. They charged my oil but never updated the instrument panel. My vehicle lights displayed that I needed an oil change and it was done but the mechanics never updated the car. The customer service is horrible now. I’m currently in the process of looking for some place else for my vehicle needs. I really didn’t want to give them a bad review but my recent experience was really badService: Auto maintenance

I've used beamer auto llc for various repairs over the past 3-4 years. my last 2 visit have left me questioning the integrity of the team servicing my car. There is an awful lot of fast, double talking. i tend to ask very pointed questions to avoid confusion and make sure we are all on the same page, of late the answers i receive to my questions don't address the question asked, when i bring this to the service advisors attention then the double talk starts. i do acknowledge that the repairs completed have been satisfactory i just question the legitimacy of some of the repairs,. additionally the price charged for parts far exceeded the price charged for parts from BMW service centers.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have never been to a better place to fix my car ever. I’ve even taken my previous cars to people I actually knew and were familiar with but this was my first time with Beamer Auto. Not only is the customer service here absolutely phenomenal but they get the job done right and FAST. Nothing is more stressful than hoping your car comes out in better shape after a payment you didn’t plan on making and while it can be pricey for repairs you know your car is gonna be driving brand new. Dawn is who has been helping me through this whole process and i have nothing but good words for her and her entire staff. my car has never seen better days and i can’t thank them enough. 10/10 recommend and if there’s anything else wrong with my car that i can’t handle myself expect to see me here first thing in the morning. they are officially the only place i trust with my BMW. thank you to Dawn and the entire mechanical staff for making this process as easy and stress-free as possibleService: Engine repair

I was a long term customer and this used to be a great place. They used to take pride in their work being BMW specialist. And paid great attention to detail. In the last year I depended upon them to give me correct diagnosis on car issues, and spent several thousand dollars, only to have them tell me problem is fixed and have to return multiple times because car issue re-occurred. My last visit I had to leave and take my car to dealership because they failed to identify a cracked valve that was causing smoke. They seemed unbothered I had to go elsewhere to get to root of problem after I paid them a significant amount of money. Really sad how this place has gone down in customer care.

Called before I towed my vehicle there and asked if they worked on Nissan transmission and she said yes and I could tow the car in. Had car towed to them just to sit for four days and then told that they don't fix Nissan transmission. Now I had to pay for another tow to take it elsewhere. She also was going to charge me an diagnostic fee of $150 but after I complained about the service she agreed to waive it but not helping to pay for another tow eventhough it's their fault for it being towed there in the first place and it shouldn't.Service: Transmission repair

Let me be clear, I never used this business. I'm rating them because a few weeks ago I called their number and was never able to reach anyone. The voicemail says they are too busy to answer the phone so email them and they'll get back to you. That is about the weirdest thing I've ever heard from a repair shop but I sent an email and then a couple more emails trying to contact them. No response at all. I actually went to their location (as I live close to their shop). There was a person sitting at the reception area not appearing to do too much. When I explained I'd been trying to reach them and what I needed done, he looked very unconcerned and a little bit like I was disturbing him. I decided not to take my car there.Today, I'm looking to have another car serviced and while searching online I came across this shop, ready a few reviews, and called. When I heard the "we are too busy to answer phones..." I remembered this last experience and hung up. I've NEVER heard of any kind of repair shop that says they are too busy to answer the phone and only engages customers via email. But to then not respond to emails at all when someone is trying to get their car repaired. That is terrible customer service.
