I walk in the store and there's only one employee available who was helping a customer. An additional customer was in the store before me and we both waited for assistance. About five minutes later the one employee who seemed to be working alone went in the back and I'm guessing alerting another employee that people are waiting. When employee #1 returns and customer #1 was doing something with their phone, employee #1 beings to assist customer #2. Soon after employee #2 comes out the back and hollers across the entire store "Hello, can I help you? " I look at him and shake my head yes but he looks at me as if he wanted be to holler back at him my business in the store and I looked at him and pointed at the product, which was near the entrance, that I wanted. I think that upset him. I think he wanted me to walk to the back but I didn't. I waited until he got closer so that I can point out the product and ask him a few questions. He walked to the table closet to the door, stayed on the opposite side, leaned over on the table and then just looked at me. I asked him about the galaxy watches. I asked, " what's the difference between the three that were on display?" He responded, "nothing!" Between him being rude from the beginning, his tone, body language and ghetto attitude, my husband suggested we just go to another store... the employee turns and, walks away, shrugs his shoulders and says "that's fine" .... and we did. The employee name tag said Curlee..... Curlee needs to work in the back of Walmart cleaning toilets with his unwarranted attitude. I won't be returning to that location EVER. Forestville mall was much more pleasant....I got two watches from there. No commission for Cranky Curlee..... NOPE

I was sent to this store by my wife after she had such a good experience. I was hesitant at first but the manager there made me comfortable and put my mind at ease. Being me I still had to rest the waters and the manager met my expectations. I will be back when needed and I have sent a few of my buddies over to this store. They are happy with the service they have gotten too.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! They are rude and very incompetent.Anthony who is apparently the store manager refused to take a phone return, refused to contact the manager and refused to help. In this store, there is no such thing as customer service. I will never go again.

anthony and his crew are a bunch of cons, lie to customers and sell products that they did not want.lied on the phone and in store, i told them several times i wanted a 64gb or higher phone, they told me the phone i was paying for had 64gb, they had me pay 200 for a prepaid 32gb phone that cost around 50-60 at others stores, i found out 2 months later that is was only 32gb after i ran out of storage. went back and called at&t, they offered nothing and i could not return the phone

I was having issues with my phone. When I got to the Clinton location I was greeted by the store manager Anthony who was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me in a timely matter as well as educate me on what I was doing wrong. I would gladly come back to this location for any problems I may come across in the future.
