The process of buying my car from beginning to end was superior. Corina, Isha and Jordan were efficient and took their time explaining all the little details that can become confusing real quick. I would buy a car from this dealership again. Thank you for making my dream of owning a brand new Chevy Blazer the best ever!!!

As soon as I walked in the door, it was a different experience from the other dealerships I had visited during my car buying process. I felt very welcomed and the staff was extremely accommodating. As a first-time car buyer, I heard all about the terrors of negotiating the best price, but that was not the case here. The salespeople were transparent and open to answering any questions. I felt like they were actually interested in giving me the best deal out there.

Can't speak for their sales staff, but if they are anything like their service staff, I'd avoid this place.Back in August their service staff left several large scratches in my door, and after four months of phone tag and me stopping by to get it resolved, they still haven't fixed it. So if you do buy here, at least do yourself a favor and find a reputable service center to take it to. You can see my full 1-star review of their service on their page.

Don’t go if you’re trying to trade something. When I sat down, I told them what a bad experience I had with Hyundai. I told them they weren’t going to give me enough for my trade. I was told because I was trading in one GM product for another, I would qualify for some discounts and incentives. That was a lie. They offered me $4000 less than the trade in value on my car. I have been in auto lending for 15 years. I pulled my trade value from three different sources before I went in. My car is in perfect condition. I didn’t qualify for any additional discounts or incentives because I am not a first responder or in the military. All that stood between us making a deal was $3000. If they can offer thousands of dollars in discounts, I am not sure why we couldn’t make a deal. This would have been my third purchase from a Koons Dealership. Now, they’ve lost a customer for Koons and GM as a whole. Also, they love using NADA/J.D. Power to value their cars for sale, but say that the same source is not accurate when it comes to valuing a trade.

Zaki was excellent!! Excellent customer service, patient and knowledgeable. He showed me the car and explained all features and help to set up everything in the car though it was at the end of day few minutes to close but he was patient and made easy for me to make my decision. The whole transaction was smoothly done and whole Koons @ Clarksville team that was there that day from manager and finance were all amazing.

Service department messed up my truck when I brought it in for service and now can't figure out what they did to it and I have been without a truck for a week. Not sure if because I am under warranty they don't seem to care because they aren't making money. Frustrating and I will never bring my truck to this location again... if I ever get it back.

Great buying experience. Our salesman Dave Webster was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and gave us a no pressure buying experience. They worked with us on our trade value and made the whole process painless. Breath of fresh air after we had several negative experiences recently attempting to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was great to work with and very personable. Highly recommended, purchase with confidence.

Experience at koons chevy was great! My sales woman Corina was nice, very knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions that I had. The manager, Josh, was quick with the paperwork and very helpful. He was able to get me in and out in under an hour! Everyone was very respectful and I enjoyed my car buying experience here. Would recommend to anyone buying a car, used or new.

I rarely leave a bad review, but this is the WORST experience I've had buying a car and getting it serviced. Starting off with the buying experience, the sales manager wanted me to finance the car and told me “I should invest the money in the stock market or something else instead of buying the truck with a check.” They were very nosy about my money and telling me what I should do with it. I ended up purchasing a brand new truck through them. The truck I bought new, sometimes starts and sometimes doesn’t. Brought the truck into service for the issue. Got the truck back, and same issue with the truck not starting. This time it had to get towed. GM Road side assistance is the biggest joke. Tow truck was supposed to arrive at 6pm, had to wait till 10:30 at night. Dealer has no loaner vehicle. Had to go rent a vehicle at my own cost to get around. Meanwhile, my brand new truck is under warranty and a loaner should have been provided. Nobody knows anything when calling down there to see updates on truck. Repeatedly called to get in touch with someone. They told me I need to bring the spare key down when I called for an update. They already had my car for two days, so why didn’t someone call me telling me that and I had to call and finally get answers? I own a business truck so being without a truck for a week was costing me money. I bought new so I wouldn’t have problems and it’s the biggest headache and waste of money! I would NOT do business with Koons of Clarksville again!!

Brian and the sales team were great and a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and after the test drive, I was sold. You guys rock!As for delivery, this is an area where it can definitely be improved on with the cleaning department. I had to bring it back for further cleaning but am satisfied now.

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Bolt from Koons Chevrolet in Clarksville. The salesman I worked with, "Moose" Ibrahim, was helpful, well informed, and honest. The process was relatively quick, transparent, and painless. Koons respected the online quote for my trade-in and was clear about all fees. I think the $500 "dealer processing fee" should be included in the listed price, but all dealers do this so I can't fault Koons for this. Overall, it was a good experience & I would work with Moose & Koons again.

Love this dealership! Felt very welcomed and comfortable discussing my purchase. And I found my dream car after years of waiting and searching. They gave me a fair deal and worked with me to find what I wanted. My salesman Hamza was so great to work with. He’s funny and knowledgeable and guided me through the best purchase of my life. 100/10 recommend everyone goes to him he’s the star of their team

The detailing department disappointed us and the customer service/marketing department contacted us right away to fix it. They rectified the problem within a few hours. They went above and beyond to make us happy customers by the solution they provided. Thanks to Kenny the salesman for your professionalism, keeping calm in the storm, and making sure we experienced great service. He's a calm and respectful man and we really appreciate his service. Thanks to Joe for your prompt response, call, and solution. That is what great customer service is about and we applaud you and your team. That was very swift and very much appreciated. Thanks again.

READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS DEALER!I called to confirm that I could use my GM employee/family discount number ahead of time, and had the vehicle in question picked out in advance. We test drove the SUV, talked pricing and options and ended up upgrading a little bit. When we got ready to start all the paperwork the manager changed his mind and refused to sell us the SUV. His reasoning for refusal and changing his mind at the last second was dealership ramble. I am very familiar with how theprocess of allocations/orders work, but I still let him spin his story. I shook his hand and left.I do want to point out that my salesman David was excellent throughout the process. I have no complaints with that part of the experience.I really hope this is not the way Koons conducts business normally. There was multiple chances to refuse this deal to me the like the day before when I called to confirm with a manager, or when I got there, or 5 hours into the process, and before we agreed on a price. This was a large waste of time and a disappointment. I have purchased multiple cars from koons in the past, and it will most likely be my last.I hope this helps with those looking to purchase a vehicle, and your customer relations in the future.Updates from 7/23/23:The dealership reached out to me today for a resolution. They called and texted an offer to my phone to "work" with me. The details of the offer are irrelevant, but what is relevant is that when you actually do the math on the deal it actually increases the price by almost $600 over the full price that I was asked to pay the day before. What happened the day before sucked and then having to listen to a manager spit out half truths and lies when I asked for an explanation. Then to have the same manager disguise an offer that actually makes the deal even worse. I honestly didn't even know what to say.Now I have a bigger concern, what if the person on my end of the phone call doesn't have a strong math background? What if they couldn't see through to con artist tactics of this manager? What if this was the mother of a GM employee? What if that individual didn't know how to protect themselves from this?Is this ok? Is this goal of koons? Take advantage wherever or whenever you can? It was a lot easier to chalk this up to the world is filled with dishonest people yesterday. I am not sure what I actually want to do here. But I did a little research, and this is what I found.Information for reporting misconduct:I spoke to someone at GM, and they said that they have been looking into dealer misconduct since 2022. They also gave me some information as to where I can send the messages I received as well. They also informed me that the overseeing regulation body in situations like these is the FTC and MDOT/MVA. They did mention the BBB, but that doesn't have any actual power. In response to your post Brianna That is not accurate at all. I came there to buy a Yukon, and confirmed this ahead of time. Trying to present a false narrative doesn't just erase a lie. I presented everything accurately, trying to spin another lie seems to be this dealerships status quo.
