Thanks to my sales person Mustafa “Moose” this was the best truck buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They also didn’t waste my time and keep waiting, which I really appreciated.
Out of all of the sales reps I have dealt with over the years I can unequivocally say that Moose was the by far the most knowledgeable and professional. Moose took the time to go over every aspect of the truck with me and did not let me leave without everything being set up; a true rarity in this age.
Furthermore, the finance associate I worked with, Hamsa was equally as professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He did not try to upsell me on anything and worked through the numbers with me to ensure that I got the financing option that suited me the best.

I was very disappointed that l had to purchase a duplicate fob for 2023 Bolt. ($500) and the car didn’t have a recharging cord with the EV car!

I came in to buy a car and feel like I left with family. Often times in car sales they try to BS you but this team did not. They kept it real and actually listened to exactly what I wanted and though it wasn’t on the lot, they sourced it and made sure I had it in a reasonable time. An overall truly amazing experience.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Chevy Traverse from Koons in Clarksville, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help.
Timothy, my sales consultant, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision, providing detailed explanations and answering all my questions. Timothy made the process smooth and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated.
When it came time to finalize the deal, Frances in the finance department was just as impressive. She was thorough, efficient, and made sure I understood every aspect of the financing process. Frances worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and her attention to detail was remarkable.
Overall, my experience at Koons in Clarksville was top-notch. Wonderful experience from start to finish with Koons of Clarksville. I originally spoke with Zohaib on the phone, who was great. When I arrived in person, I was greeted by Zaki, who was professional, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to buy a car from. The manager on duty, Josh was awesome, and helped answer many questions I had regarding the backend paperwork.
Overall a 10/10 experience. Will be coming back to buy from Zaki in the future. Love my new 2024 Silverado!
