Every month, the same medication is delayed/out of stock at this Walgreens. I go 2-3 weeks without my necessary medication every time I try to refill the same prescription. If my insurance didn't require me to use Walgreens, I would take my business elsewhere.

This place is so crap. Out of town for work, need some migraine meds due to poor planning if my own I didn't have enough before this work trip. Called on Tuesday at 11:45AM for them to transfer my script from back home, the woman on the phone said give her the afternoon and come around 5. 5 o'clock comes and goes as I'm sitting in the drive through line for an hour. Finally get to the window for them to tell me they have no idea who I am and no woman spoke with me. So I showed them my call log, and showed them I was on the phone for 10 minutes. After no result at the drive through the older man told me if I wanted to speak with a pharmacist I would have to come inside, so I did. They made me wait in line AGAIN for about 30 minutes inside to talk to the pharmacist. Finally talk to the pharmacists she admits that they got really busy and it must've fallen to the side, I understand give her my info again it's 6:55pm (they close at 7) she asks me if I can come back tomorrow and ensures me it will be done by 10am. I am sitting here at 530pm writing this and still waiting for my medication because they didn't have my insurance information even though it's been provided twice at this time. I'm furious obviously because I never write reviews. As I'm sitting here waiting for my medications I try not to pry but every single person who has gone up to the window has had an issue. I've worked in a chain pharmacy, how is corporate letting this happen. This place is in shambles and they aren't even short staffed. There are 4 people back there which is more than enough in my experience. Just go to the CVS down the road. Where is all my info that was written down and then magically they didn't have it? Hopefully in the appropriate discard bin but who knows here. End it all off it's 5:42 and finally got a half fill of my medication.

At Auto Drive, Clarksville, MD, 21029, the Walgreen employee left me waiting at one window and serviced three other customers behind me at another window. That man was very rude, indeed.

After being discharged after a 4-day stint in the hospital (including a few days in the ICU), Pharmacy Operations Tech, named Vicky (and the pharmacist), refused to fill my prescription even though I had a printed script from the hosptial (on hospital letterhead, no less). She treated me like a criminal, even stating a one point "something doesn't look right", citing a discrepancy with my home address. Vicky never attempted to call the hospital (or issuing pharmacy) to verify the prescription, even though I had been patiently waiting for 15-20 minutes. I was in excrutiating pain and I was really, really unsettled by the rather sadistic manner in the way that I was being treated and scrutinized the prescription (I know this is only anedoctal but this vastly contrasted how I witnessed her treatment of other customers). Vicky seemed to insinuate that the script was somehow not authentic. After having me stand at the counter for an additional 5-minutes, Vicky even stated, "She (meaning the pharmicist) isn't going to fulfill this!".Remarkably, I took the same documentation and same identification to another pharmacy and the prescription was immediately filled without all the unnecessary suspcious treatment and harassment. NOTE: I had been a customer of at this particular pharmacy for years and never had any issue whatsoever, so all of my information was already in their system. Ultimately, Vicky demanded that I "leave" the pharmacy or she would "call the police" (the audacity?!?)! Again, I stood there with bruised and bandages in clear view. Later that day when I called to get her employee information, this individual had already seem to formulated an 'alibi' to CYA for her obviously misconduct, citing that she was "going to fulfill" when "I" became biligerent for no obvious reason. So on top of everthing else, she is a LIAR! Obviously, my demographic was an issue that heightened her suspcision.

This is a complaint for pharmacy staff located at Auto Drive, Clarksville, MD 21029.This has been the second times I experienced a very unpleasant treatment from the pharmacy's staff and I can not just let it go again since it just happens too often to be ignored.Today, August 23 2023 I passed by Walgreen & saw a sign "Free Flu Shot" and nothing in the sign says anything about I have to make an appointment. So I walked in and waited in line. There were only 2 people working on the pharmacy Department, a young and probably new pharmacist & an old woman around 60 yrs old who seem very busy and wasn't in a good mood. She had been VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL to be working and representing your company who run a business in this affluent neighborhood. She refused to give me flu vaccination & ordered me to come back & when I asked politely that I don't see any sign about appointment is necessary she just walked away and scolded me behind my back. Then I asked the store cashier to call the store manager. The store manager's name is Todd. As Todd approaching me she stopped him and she said all the bad things about me, she said I was rude and she told Todd to get rid of me. Apparently Todd has no manager qualification, not sure how Walgreen screened him & gave him his manager position. He did not even asked me & want to know my side of the story and ordered me to leave the store! Then I went to CVS which is practically behind Walgreen on a different street. I also did not see the word "appointment needed" on CVS flu shot sign but I purposely went in because I want to see how will I be treated by CVS staffs when I request the same thing. As I walked in I clearly see a window with a sign "Vaccine check-in". I don't see this in Walgreen. So I feel that CVS in under a much superior management. As I walked to the window, the same thing, no one greeted me. But as soon as I saw someone I asked: can I get a flu vaccine? The guy asked if I have an appointment?I answered No & explained there is no sign outside that appointment is needed. Suddenly I heard a male voice from the back of the pharmacy Department "we'll take him" and ordered someone else to help me. When the pharmacist finally gave me the shot he explained: normally we need appointment for vaccination but since you already here we'll help you. But next time you need to make appointment. This is what I called Professional Health Care worker!!! Clearly Walgreen is so inferiorly managed from the headquarter down to the store level. I can see the different why there are no people want to work at Walgreen but there are more people are working at CVS pharmacy Department. In addition, there much more customers inside CVS store but almost NO customers in Walgreen. I'll tell everyone and will spread my words by any possible means to NOT think of shopping to Walgreen or visit their pharmacy!. In this neighborhood we pay high taxes to comfortably live among civilized people. Walgreen employees who obviously are from the lowest class of society DO NOT belong to work in our neighborhood!!! Walgreen may survive in the inner city of Baltimore but Not Clarksville, MD!!!

Offers online ordering for curbside pick up. Good customer service. The racerback bras are one of the best purchases I have made. As a casual business dresser, I look forward to when Walgreens sells the Black Thermals and high rise jean leggings as its multi purpose use for business, work, exercise, and social plans works out Okay. I love that Walgreens offers herbal supplements such as Ashwaghanda which has become apart of my supplement routine for years now.

Horrible customer service, always understaffed. Many issues with this location. Store randomly decided to close hours early today without notice or signage. Zero stars!

I actually came into this Walgreens because I ordered wine and they offered a service to ship it to Walgreens for easy pickup. When I walked into the shop I noticed there was a big sign in the back of the store for Fedex pick ups. I headed over and there was no one to be found. Unfortunately, at the Walgreens register in the middle of the store there was a line for check out so I had to wait in it until I could speak to an employee. After telling her I was there for a Fedex pick up she called for someone to hand me the package. I waited a few more minutes and someone finally came from the back of the store to greet me. It was smooth sailing from there but I wish they staffed the Fedex desk better.

I had went to Walgreens for a few items, and I found everything I needed. Upon checkout (which was around 8:00) no one had been at the counters. It seemed like they only had one person working the floor. I had waited for someone to come around for a good 5 minutes, which had been the same person I had seen a couple aisles back. He was very kind and got me out quick once he realized I was at checkout.

I have visited this location about 3 or 4 times in the past few months and the service is always excellent. On those occasions it has not been super busy, and the store is well staffed, which reflects positively on management. The employees are genuinely happy and go out of their way to ask if you need anything when they walk by you instead of looking away as is common in many of the Walgreens closer to my home. The cashier today was super friendly and helpful. I would go out of my way to come back here. The store is much larger than other Walgreens and is clean and well stocked and the weekly advertised prices are actually marked correctly (many other Walgreens have dated prices or incorrect prices resulting in hurt feelings at checkout).

There are many drug stores in the area, but I choose to shop at this location. Why? This location has Louise, their beauty expert. I am not very knowledgeable about make up or beauty products and her advice is always welcomed and valuable. She is very kind and her smile brightens up my day. Thank you, Louise, for all of your help!!!

This has to be the worst managed pharmacy. The pharmacists do not care if you wait in line for an hour. They do not acknowledge customers. They are unapologetic. And their drive through is primarily used for the purpose of covid testing, not its original intended use. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will be.
