I had to get a replacement debit card because I could not locate my last one, and the only site near me was the one in Clarksville, just about 20 miles away. Reluctantly, I agreed to go there. I was desperate. Was not sure about the city, location of the bank, efficiency and the reception I would get.When I drive up, I was pleasantly surprised. The city was a nice, city outside of the Columbia area, with the bank specifically located in a little off road plaza, in a convenient location. (The plaza, those small, had several other businesses in there including Starbucks). It had 4 to 5 spaces up of parking Immediately near the bank and loads of parking in the parking lot near the businesses. It also had a drive-through banking center by the ATM.My appointment was later, but I ask the bank if I could come in earlier and they consented. I noticed that it was a nice open lobby, and the bank was so clean. Furthermore the employees welcomed me and was so courteous. I was in and out within 15 minutes with my new card. Inside were about 3 to 5 kiosks with ATMs and tellers. And the customer service reps inside the bank was so warm and genuine. It made me love SECU-MD even more. Definitely was a pleasant experience, and that Clarksville banking center and team, made a humdrum visit pleasurable. Thank you SECU-MD!
