How is a bank a bank if they can't give you a cashiers check out of your account? Bad enough unless it's loans they can't do anything, give change, take deposits or help with withdrawals. Very disappointed.

Everytime I go to this PNC they are rude and have an attitude. I was talked to and treated like a child because I walked in at 5pm when they close but didn’t know bc it says 6pm on google. BOA IS THE WAY TO GO!

Horrible service. I made an appointment with the branch manager and he stood me up. Rarely any tellers available and those who do wait on you act as if they are doing you a favor. Avoid at all costs!

We usually have a good experience going here. However, the last time we went, we had to change the name on my account to my new married name. After changing my name, I asked how I could get a new card. The woman who helped us kept insisting that I just visit the Maple Lawn branch to get a new card in person, but I said I didn't have time and would like it to be mailed to my house and could fill out the forms for it now. She seemed annoyed and said that she would submit the paperwork to get it mailed to my house. Then, she just called the next customer up to help them without saying anything else to us. Feeling dismissed, I left but I wasn't convinced that she actually would order it. Now, a month later, no new debit card got mailed, so I'm guessing she didn't submit anything as I predicted. What awful customer service.

The branch manager was very rude! She had no personal skills. Customer service at Fulton PNC was way better! Staff at Fulton are way more courteous and welcoming!

Been getting change for the car wash for 15 years from this place but today I was told very rudely while she was rolling her eyes that I can't give you change. I told her how long we have been getting change there for to tell me its not her problem . Canceling my pnc account bc of this very disappointing. A 3.4 star review for a bank is terrible

This branch is an embarrassment for PNC Bank. I always get wrong or misleading information from them or get charged for things I shouldn't be. I second the review that talked about exchange rates. I go to the Columbia Crossing branch now. Actually competent people work there.

Was told a drastically different currency exchange rate over the phone than in-person in order to lure me into the branch. Almost every other detail was also incorrect (est. delivery day, transaction fees, expedited options) and I was forced to find another option. Either the staff did this mistakingly or are lying to their customers and I hope it's the former...
