After having mechanical issues with a vehicle, the team at Ourisman were a huge help in navigating my dealings with Stellantis. Ultimately, they were able to help negotiate assistance getting out of the vehicle (which did not meet state lemon law requirements) and get me into a new vehicle. Josh put many hours of work into helping me as did Jason and the rest of his team. This is my fourth vehicle purchased at Ourisman and won’t be my last I’m sure.

The Clarksville, MD, location was really easy to deal with. I bought a used RAM and I was in and out of there in no time. They seemed to respect the fact that I had a life away from the dealership. David Daniels was great to work with.

In the last week, I had the pleasure of getting a new car from Ourisman Clarksville. While I completed the survey after my transaction, to me the survey was more about the overall experience and not solely about Ms. Palmer . I wanted to speak directly to Ms. Palmer. My sales rep was Daisha Palmer. Ms. Palmer was awesome. Her customer service was phenomenal. She was completely respectful of my time and what I wanted. She did a great job of making me a believer. Ms. Palmer is a great asset and I have recommended her to other people. Keep up the good work!!

Jacob the sales manager is horrible and no help. Bought a brand new 2024 Wrangler x a month ago and called today for the third time over a leak that they cannot fix. Person we normally deal with is out so Jacob the used sale manager took the call. I should have never even spoken to him because he caused me to lose the last 1% faith I had left in that dealer and the maker. I’ve had 2 other wranglers before and never had any issues. I will never recommend this dealer after the treatment from Jacob.
Update: to be abundantly clear, no offer was declined, it was stated that we would call on Monday to speak to the person in service we had dealt with before. We will be having it worked on again so that we can have the 3 times covered for compliance with the law. Given your stellar ability to tell the truth I have no faith that third time is a charm. Jacob did nothing of the sort in regards to offering assistance. He was dismissive, and even laughed at me when I raised the question about the Lemon Law and acted as if I was an idiot for thinking you would stand behind your sale and product…I guess I was since 70% of your response was a lie. It is true that you have worked on fixing the issue twice now but it is still leaking. This has been the worst buying experience of all of the cars I have ever purchased.

I would fully recommend doing business with Ourisman Chrysler especially if their sales and service departments are anything like their parts department. Recently I needed a simple non programmable key for an old pickup truck and after providing all the necessary documentation, my key was cut and I was treated with courtesy professionalism, and respect. These guys have a friendly diverse staff and a modern clean facility.
If you need a Chrysler Jeep or Dodge to purchase or service these are the people to see.

Bought a vehicle out of state, everything went okay, but in a few months received a letter from Department of Revenue, stating that not all taxes were paid on the vehicle and I now have to pay $800 with penalties. They were handling all the paperwork, so there is 100% their mistake.
Now, 3 days I keep trying to reach them, but nobody is getting back and not giving me any answers.

The attached pictures of damages were caused by Ourisman Dodge. The only warranty work my car ever needed and they damaged more than they fixed. I brought the damages to the attention of the general manager before leaving with my vehicle and I requested my vehicle be fixed to which he promptly cussed me out, threatened me and banned me from the property. I notified the police and was told it was a civil matter, so I contacted my insurance company who wound up paying over $2200 to repair the damages caused by Ourisman Dodge. Upon contacting Ourisman upper management and informing them of what happened they did nothing. Stay away from ALL Ourisman dealerships as apparently this behavior is acceptable to them and SOP. See attached pics of damages all were caused by Ourisman Dodge

Jason, YOU were the one who cussed me out! Your assistant manager held you back cause it looked like you were going to try to hit me! I submitted my dash camera video to my insurance company where you admitted your "mechanic" caused the damages which is why I didn't have to pay my deductible and my insurance company recovered the damages from you. I told you that you would pay to repair my car, and you did. Have a good day and please learn to control your temper.

I had an awful experience at this dealership. We are jeep loyalists and have owned 6 jeeps prior. Now we are looking for our next jeep and we chose to visit Ourisman. This dealership is located about an hour from us so I emailed them in advance to ensure that the vehicle we were interested in was on the lot and available. They assured me that the vehicle was there and available. Before we left the house I emailed them to let them know we were on the way and they replied that they had the jeep out front and ready for us. When we arrived, we didn't see the shiny new jeep anywhere. The salesman informed us that they went to pull it out and the battery was dead. Not encouraging for a new car that was already supposed to be out front waiting but okay. The salesman apologized and said it would only be about 15 minutes and they would bring it out. 1 hour later they bring the jeep around. We were excited to take it for a little spin. It was a beautiful jeep. It rode great and had many of the features we were looking for. So let's talk numbers. I will skip over the negotiating. We finally got to a price point we weren't thrilled with but we could live with but we're still waiting for a monthly price. At the 3.5 hour mark of being there i starr getting emails to confirm my new siriusxm trial subscription and a second email to setup my jeep account for my new jeep. I havent even talked financing yet. Then the salesman wanted me to sign for vehicle delivery confirmation. I looked at him like he had 3 heads. I haven't bought the car yet. I am cettainly not signing for delivery. We were finally brought back to talk financing. (We almost walked out waiting for this step). Of course, the starting price was completely off the wall. Way above what we wanted to pay and honestly after sitting in this dealership for 4 hours we were just over it. At this point we had no energy to negotiate or discuss the price. And we still had an hour to drive back home. My fiance asked for the key to our trade in and we walked out. They of course said they would work on the price for us and they called and texted some with different offers, but we were so discouraged with the experience we weren't sure we wanted to return there for a purchase. Today the general manager reached out to ask how our experience was and we replied that it was not enjoyable and we had to leave without making the purchase we wanted, and he never replied. Not to inquire further about the experience or what we were dissatisfied with. So he clearly didn't care. Sad. We will buy our next jeep but we won't use or recommend

I would like to say that I had the opportunity to work with Jacob sales manager, and also Javier, who was the sales person that assisted me in buying my jeep. I must say that their professionalism is definitely among the best. They were very honest truthful and represented every detail of the vehicle, that was online when I arrived at the dealership, they greeted me with dignity and respect. The vehicle was exactly as Javier stated it would be needless to say I did purchase it. I am 100% satisfied with the vehicle I had one minor issue which was just a few clips missing and immediately they schedule the appointment and they’re taking care of it. Javier promised some bags he delivered those today and I say if you’re looking for a vehicle and if you’re looking for some honest people to deal with then definitely take my advice and come on down to Clarksville and talk with Javier. He is definitely the best And I say this as a retired soldier with 25 years I’ve been dealing with people in the car industry and trust me you can’t trust everyone, but believing when I say this, you can trust him thank you
