This bank is way understaffed at peak hours. They have cut 1/2 the employees and the hours! No business line. It’s also a revolving door of employees. Never the same person.

Tired of the constant apologies for having to wait. If they can’t hire more staff maybe the “managers” could have a drawer open so they can help the teller when needed.

Mr. Emanual Parker is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also very nice and delighted person. He is very courteous to the customers and always provides great service to the customers.

Only one more month and I’m out! Latest late/non payment Verizon in October.If possible I would give M&T a minus 100.After being called a liar by one of their supervisors because M&T bank since December of 2021 when I opened the account with high hopes has made me late with 7 payments in 9 months I'm through with them.If anyone lies it's them. I was told that if any payment was late they would reimburse me $29 late fee. Still waiting for my $87 plus they owe me.If they're going to send a check by mail I can do that myself and it won't take over two weeks for the check to reach it's destination!Closing account as soon as I can get direct deposits set up.They blame everyone but themselves and their horrible antiquated online account department. Their customer service is just as bad with excuses.Nine months was one too many.Already opened account at my old bank.***************M&T in general not just this branch.I've been waiting for a rep after being out on hold an additional 10 minutes after waiting in hold listening to music I don't care to listen to.Whatever happened to silence!Reason I'm calling for the second time in 8 months is that M&T can't seem to do electronic checks to Shell gas company.I've been charged late payment twice and card wouldn't work for two weeks!!I had to pay shell with a credit card to have she'll card work.My July bill wasn't paid until August 1 even though I specifically asked for bill to be paid by July 22.They nailed the check. But can mail it myself and it'll get there on time.Still on hold for Fawn who put me in hold and never bothered to come back.Hung up!!! Terrible online service too.On hold again 5 minutes and counting.Was told in January that M&T would pay for my $29 late fee which I've been charged again and it's my present balance and I'm still waiting.I rather my bank pay my bills on time as there's that credit report/record thingy to worry about

It took nearly 10 minutes just to get a single check cashed because the branch is so understaffed. I went on a Friday - it's the only day they stay open past 5 so working people can bank - only to find they don't care enough to staff the place. Looks like they care more about buying stadiums than the do serving customers.

I called into the Clarksville branch today and spoke with Emanuel regarding the process of opening an account. My father banks with M&T so I figured I’d set up an account myself. Speaking with Emanuel was both pleasurable and educational. He was patient with me when I asked intentional curve ball questions and made me feel confident in moving my funds over to M&T. Go figure when I go to type in a review, he’s got tons of positive comments already! I’ll be sure to open an account with him soon.

Emanuel worked with us to open a new account for my son. He was friendly, professional, and helpful and made the experience a very pleasant one. I was very impressed by this young man's work ethic, positive outlook and top-notch social skills. I hope M&T will take note of him and recognize him as a positive asset to their team.

Spent over 30 minutes trying to cash a $477.19 check for petty cash. Was told I could not get a single one dollar bill because “vault teller” was off that day. They cannot service business customers. Was told I need to call in advance to get the denomination I want for $477.19. That is unacceptable for a bank that services business accounts. It took 3 people over 30 minutes to figure out that they could not handle a petty cash check of $477.19. Go to Route 40 locations to save yourself the frustration.

Cameron, the branch manager, who assists with opening accounts(checking, savings) etc., is by far one of the most knowledgeable/pleasant people I've ever met while at m and t bank. Really a great person who listens to needs and wants and gives realistic options. I drive out of my way to come to this location because he is THAT helpful.
