Needed a new tire and wanted the OEM tire to match the rest since they were not very old and had lots of tread on them. I was able to order the tire online and have this place install it. The process was easy and painless. The cost to install was reasonable. I also had them do an alignment since it was needed. Again, the price was decent. Chad was extremely helpful and upfront with everything he was telling me.My only gripe is the tech put 40 psi in the new tire when the sticker on the car says it needed 31. They do this all day, every day. You would think getting the pressure correct would be a no brainier for a TIRE shop. Stuff like that makes me wonder if he got the balance and torque right. Lost one star for that.

Had to go back and drop my car off twice and the problem still was not fixed and it's only an alignment repair I definitely will never come here again especially for a bigger repair do not recommend this shop.

I was 5 hours from home visiting a friend in the ICU & experienced my first ever flat tire. Justin (I believe that was his name) was upbeat & hospitable from the initial phone call, even before knowing my story. He then went the extra mile to fix my tire immediately and charge nothing at all - an absolute blessing in a time of need. This is my first ever google review because he was that special & deserves the recognition. Thank you for your quality work and for providing such an uplifting & meaningful experience.

Excellent Service!Friday night, in a torrential downpour, i misjudged a turn and hit the curb, demolishing my left front tire.I contacted several places, with no luck getting what i needed, in less than 5 days.Saturday I came into Mr Tire in Clarksville.The staff here ordered the exact matching tire I needed, checked the air pressure on my other tires, had the new part in the shop Monday morning, and installed it for me in less than 30 minutes.I'm blown away by their efficiency, professionalism, and kindness -- on top of the affordable and prompt service.Definitely come here if you need 4 tires or if you just need service on one.

I called the store and got a price on the phone before going over to have tires mounted and Balanced. When I arrived they wrote the work order up and increasded the price by 40%. When I called them on it they reluctantly agreed to the price quoted over the phone. When I got the wheels back they all had deep scratches from the mounting machine. In 50 years of working with cars I have never had anyone do damage to rims like they did. I would not recommend this shop for any work.

These "nice" guys FIND A WAY to screw things up big time. After installing tires, they put 1 front DIFFERENT SIZE staggered wheel on the rear. Then charged for alignment after rough ride! Also a suspension piece was installed BACKWARDS and loose, requiring a fix at the dealer. YOU WERE WARNED!!!

I bought two $700 tires to be installed the following day. After tires did not arrive at the scheduled time, I was told that they would not have time to install the tires before the long weekend. I went to the BMW dealer to have the identical tires installed the same day for held the price.

I was able to get a Road Force balance here and it fixed my 80mph shimmy which no other shop balancer could do!

I have enjoyed doing business with this service company. Since relocating to the area in late 2022 I have had my truck service several times. I have never had a problem or been surprised or disappointed in anything so far.

This will be where I go the next time I need tires and for future auto service needs. James (Manager) provided me a same day appointment. I was over an hour late and they still fit me in. My normal shop mounted and balanced four new tires but I had the shimmies/wobbles at low and high speeds. Mr. Tire had the right equipment and know-how to do a road force balance and I'm running smooth again in about an hour. They stood up in 2019 and are still building their client base so the secret isn't out yet, but with the great customer service I received today it will be soon. Give them a chance, I'm happy that I did.
