My experience working with Jim Coleman Jaguar and LandRover was an absolute pleasure. Alex and Fernando were professionals and gentlemen. Between making the purchase numbers work for me and getting a more than fair offer on my trade in, the process was stress free. We made the 3 1/2 hour drive all the way from New Jersey, even though we have multiple Land Rover dealers within 10 miles of our home. That says it all. We love our 23 Velar. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Tom Matthews is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all things Land Rover. My 2018 Range Rover Sport Super Charged Dynamic is back running in tip top condition. So much so that other dealerships already want to buy it. They can’t have it though lol.

Tom, in the service department, gives personal care and attention. Tom remembers our name and knows the details of our vehicle; he even answered the phone on his day off.The service dept. has a good turn around time and reaches out before they do any work. They also give options/priorities for repairs when the costs are expensive.

The service staff (I worked with Mike Engle) is very professional, all the work is described in detail and all questions are fully answered. Service is scheduled around the my priorities. There nothing to complain about.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule the appointment easily, and I love that a text was sent with updates while the car was being serviced. It is definitely an easy process, and the techs do a great job!

Saw this vehicle in Oakland CA a month ago, on a whim my husband and I went to the dealership in Clarksville, MD and in the first parking spot was my dream vehicle "Ruby", my gorgeous red Range Rover Sport. Arnold came right out and greeted us, handed me the keys and said, "take her for a spin".That's all she wrote, I knew the moment I got in the driver's seat I was taking her home. Arnold Bonsu, the sales consultant was an absolute dream to work with. He and John Konstandinisis (Sales Manager), made this purchase a joy. Numbers were crunched and information entered in record time. The name of our Roofing and Restoration company is 5 Star and this entire experience matched or Day to Day 100%. Land Rover at West Columbia gets 5 stars from us!

Great sales staff. Poor quality vehicles and service. Range Rover broke in first 3000 miles. In shop two weeks. No loaner. Poor communication. Sorry I ever purchased it.

Ahhhh, where to begin...???We have given them several opportunities to 'solve' our problem with a check engine and a air bag sensor light that will not go away. Every time, they kept the vehicle for a few days, performed routine maintenance and said that everything is 'good to go'.....just to have the light come back on after a couple trips in vehicle...VERY annoying!!!Last year, as always, we took the truck in for scheduled maintenance, so we mentioned the light issue again. We were assured that it would be fixed. Parts were ordered and supposedly installed, but before I picked up, was told that I needed 4 new tires for $2500. I refused/declined and purchased same tires from Tire rack for $1000 and had them installed for $99. I'm not sure if this hurt someone's feelings (me choosing to save $1K or if it was something else, but NO ONE at the dealership will return my calls. I have left many messages to the maintenance manager and even to the main manager of the entire dealership...NOTHING. To this day not one soul has taken the time to call us back and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!Let me take that back...they had the nerve to give us a courtesy call a few days later to ask us how happy we were with the service. ARE you for REAL???? I apologized to the lady who was just doing her job as she quickly realized that I was NOT happy at all, since I was waiting on someone to return our calls.She assured me that she left a message with Tom, the service manager and I quickly told her that I did the same. FFW to 8 months later....STILL NO CALL and the service light issue we paid for is still not resolved.Thought about trading in and buying new...but I cannot bring myself to visit this dealership EVER again.Mike.
