This is NOT your typical dealership. Everyone here treats you like family. Tara, our sale person, was so patient as she went over all the details and features of the HR-V. We were not rushed at all. Andy, sales manager, also came out to spend time with us. He guided us in our buying decision. NOT once did we felt pressured into buying our HR-V. Joe, our finance manger, was great also. Explained all the terms as needed. As a matter of fact, any time a Jim Coleman employee walked by us we were greeted and were asked to make sure we didn't need anything. Thank you everyone at Jim Coleman Honda for making our car buying experience truly exceptional.

9/1/2024 ... Being upside down with a high monthly payment on my trade-in is what brought me to Jim Coleman Honda today. I had no clue what I wanted or needed to do to get me out of my current situation with my vehicle. Or, if it was even possible. I didn't have high hopes! Well, let me tell you .. Mike Tavenner, Andy Herbert and Tim Vo, MADE IT HAPPEN! ?
Mike was my salesman and what an awesome experience I had with him. I told him my situation with my current vehicle and together with his manager, Andy, they explained, thoroughly, how they could help me. I won't get into the long, boring details .. However, I will say, not only did they get me out of my current vehicle .. They helped to get me into a new, 2024 Accord with NO negative equity from my trade-in (shocking, but thrilled) and a much, much lower payment vs what I was paying before. Amazed! I felt very comfortable and trusting of each of them while going through the process of buying a new car. They were all very knowledgeable. Mike and Andy really made me feel like they cared about my situation and wanted to do whatever they could to help. Like, I was their younger sister, and they wanted to make sure I understood what I could do, and why and how it was best for me. To educate and protect me! I was in good hands, and I felt it!
Aside from the "Business" aspect, Mike, Andy and Tim are such awesome people. All 3, in their own ways, made me feel like I had known them forever. Very personable. We chatted about anything and everything, with much laughter. Buying a car can be stressful. These guys took away the stress I carried into their dealership. I can't express how grateful I am to have stumbled into this dealer!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jim Coleman Honda, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing—especially since Andy has to read these aloud in meetings!
From the moment I arrived, Mo, the sales representative, greeted me with a smile that could light up a room. He’s like the Honda Whisperer; he knows exactly what you need before you do! He helped me find the perfect car and even managed to get me a deal so good I thought I was dreaming. Seriously, I half-expected him to pull a rabbit out of a hat.
Then there’s Mike, who is not just a sales rep but a car matchmaker. He made the process feel less like a transaction and more like a friendly chat over coffee. I think he might have a future in stand-up comedy with his quick wit!
Andy, the manager, was the cherry on top. He runs a tight ship but knows how to keep the atmosphere light. I could see him reading this review in a meeting, chuckling at my jokes while secretly plotting to recruit Mo and Mike for his comedy tour.
And let's not forget Joe, the paper guy. He’s the unsung hero of the paperwork jungle. He made signing documents feel like a walk in the park—if that park had a lot of fine print!
Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back. Thanks, team! You made car shopping fun, and I hope Andy enjoys reading this as much as I enjoyed my time there!
