Never understood what was truly going on with my policy because Emily failed to convey it to me. Emily's advice continually backfired and there was a gap between the premium I owed ~ agent telling me one number, underwriters sending me another. Emily failed to send over my last requested quote and could never seem to give accurate information. Quite a friendly person however our relationship soured once I submitted my first claim. During my final conversation with Emily she proceeded to tell me my requested internal agent transfer had been "rejected" which turned out to be misinformation.

Emily has been extremely unhelpful through all my auto claims. Emily advocated to remove collision from my policy and when I did get into an accident about a month later she did the absolute minimum to assist. Currently she is not returning my phone calls. Personally I have found Emily to be quite inept and unprofessional at her job.

I used Emily Kendall and her wonderful staff for more than 20 years, and found them professional, cheerful, and detailed in assisting me with changes or questions. Had I not moved away, I'd have been with them indefinitely. Highly recommend their services.
