Had 2:30Pm Flu Shot Appt. I checked in online & Pharmacist came out immediately & gave me shot. Then a $10 coupon off $20 purchase. It was an easy, efficient appointment. I was very pleased.

Very unprofessional behavior on behalf of their female pharmacist with an accent (didn't get her name). Felt the need to argue with me over a mistake then called me on my way home to try to continue to argue. The rest of their pharmacy staff has been professional and helpful otherwise.

At a time when the very concept of vaccinations is under assault, it is exceedingly good to have a place like CVS available to offer a wide range of vaccinations to a public that both wants and values those services.
In the past two years, I’ve been to three different CVS locations to receive multiple vaccinations.
Each and every one of those visits was truly spectacular.
The pharmacy staff was always friendly. They were always helpful and they were always professional and courteous.
As a former healthcare provider, I always take note of how healthcare is delivered, and their protocols and regimens were excellent.
It's very nice to have such a wonderful public health service being provided at convenient locations.
I hope that CVS is able to continue to resist the assault upon these wonderful healthcare services by a federal government that seems to not care about nor understands much about science, epidemiology, medical research or public health.

Pharmacy was rude and impatient with my questions. Accused me of trying to argue when I was trying to get clarification on controlled substance laws and acted as if my questions were accusatory. I kept a level tone the whole interaction and felt as though the situation was escalated quickly with my simply asking for clarification. I have not had issues with other CVS's in the area but this is the third time I've run into issues here. If you need a prescription I highly recommend the Walgreens up the street. I looked up the laws she was referring to and they did not apply in my case. (Picking up prescription for procedure done in town that day but live out of state). She played it off as 'warning' us about state laws but when I asked further was refused that information saying she'd already answered it. Im not huge on confrontation so to say this became one was really frustrating and created a very negative experience.

I switched to this CVS because I got poor service at another one. Today I went through the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me, but he was still sitting at the window twenty-five minutes after I pulled up behind him. Now why wouldn't the attendant have him park and go inside while they fill his prescription or whatever else they were doing? She took my payment and handed me my two prescriptions in about three minutes, tops. But I still spent half my lunch hour sitting there like an idiot. It's always something with these people.

As a doctor and a patient, my experiences with this CVS has been the most pleasant, among all the pharmacies I have dealt with in Silver Spring, Greenbelt, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Washington DC and Kensington. The team is very well trained, organized, efficient, professional, respectful, and hard-working.
JUUL The Head pharmacist/manager is always well focused, and addresses patients medication directions herself. Kristen is articulate and patient with all patients. This pharmacy has never made any mistakes with any of my prescriptions and they always contact doctors offices for refills.
Thank you all for making patients lives easier.

I would give zero stars if the system allowed.I tried to return a 2 pack of unopened batteries with a receipt ($14.30). The cashier asked for my drivers license, which I showed her. She said the system required her to scan the license. I ask why and she said she did not know. I explained I had the receipt and the credit card used to purchase the batteries and that she could confirm by my drivers license who I am and same name on the credit card. She said she was not allowed to override the system and called the Manager, Buddy Nannan. He was not customer friendly, did not listen to me and said he would not override the system. He could or would not tell me why they wanted to scan my license. He also refused to give me the contact info for his manager, Mahamadou Mamaalfa.I left without a refund and went to another CVS who immediately processed the refund without any questions.CVS in Clarksville will no longer get any business from me or my family.

New pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. How do you give someone an unmixed prescription? They really deserve zero stars.
