I switched to this CVS because I got poor service at another one. Today I went through the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me, but he was still sitting at the window twenty-five minutes after I pulled up behind him. Now why wouldn't the attendant have him park and go inside while they fill his prescription or whatever else they were doing? She took my payment and handed me my two prescriptions in about three minutes, tops. But I still spent half my lunch hour sitting there like an idiot. It's always something with these people.

As a doctor and a patient, my experiences with this CVS has been the most pleasant, among all the pharmacies I have dealt with in Silver Spring, Greenbelt, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Washington DC and Kensington. The team is very well trained, organized, efficient, professional, respectful, and hard-working.
JUUL The Head pharmacist/manager is always well focused, and addresses patients medication directions herself. Kristen is articulate and patient with all patients. This pharmacy has never made any mistakes with any of my prescriptions and they always contact doctors offices for refills.
Thank you all for making patients lives easier.

I would give zero stars if the system allowed.I tried to return a 2 pack of unopened batteries with a receipt ($14.30). The cashier asked for my drivers license, which I showed her. She said the system required her to scan the license. I ask why and she said she did not know. I explained I had the receipt and the credit card used to purchase the batteries and that she could confirm by my drivers license who I am and same name on the credit card. She said she was not allowed to override the system and called the Manager, Buddy Nannan. He was not customer friendly, did not listen to me and said he would not override the system. He could or would not tell me why they wanted to scan my license. He also refused to give me the contact info for his manager, Mahamadou Mamaalfa.I left without a refund and went to another CVS who immediately processed the refund without any questions.CVS in Clarksville will no longer get any business from me or my family.

New pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. How do you give someone an unmixed prescription? They really deserve zero stars.

Unfortunately, the quality of customer service in Ten Oaks CVS has gone really down. It's been a few times we went there including today, and the pharmacist lady is not helpful at all. Although she is the manager at pharmacy, her attitude is really bad and is aggressive when we asked for help any time we asked. This should change as Cvs used to be our pharmacy for many years.

How can I give zero or negative stars? Worst pharmacy in countess ways. Slow, not communicating about prescription problems, over communicating about refills, out of stock for common drugs and long lines at both the counter and the drive through. Not this store’s problem, but the CVS mobile app is awful too. STAY AWAYP.S. the pharmacy closes from 1 to 2 pm every day for lunch. Really?!?!?!

Had a great visit today to pick up some prescriptions. My prescriptions were ready within a half an hour and I was able to get my flu shot and Covid vaccines immediately. No appointment necessary. I will go out of my way from now on even though I live in Elkridge to give my business to this particular CVS location. Also, I was greeted as I walked in the door.

Worst parking lot ever! Spent 15 minutes trying to exit the parking lot. Ridiculous! Whoever designed this shopping center is a complete moron.

I guess if you don't want to know the answer don't ask the question. There were no customers at the pharmacy, so I asked the pharmacist if I had to schedule to get my flu shot. It was only 7:25 pm and the pharmacy closes at 8. No one wants to do more than they have to anymore. GOOD Customer Service is a TRAIT OR SKILL of the past.
