I came into this store last week and was immediately greeted by a sales associate his name was Khoa Nguyen very nice fellow. he Immediately offered me coffee and asked how I was doing. That is always a plus when it comes to customer service. Made feel welcomed when I arrived at the dealership. especially when you are in the market of buying a new or used vehicle. He was very informative based on my budget and helped me. I had made an appointment with him in the new year after my tax refund. Khoa's a nice guy and will help you out in all ways that other salesman usually doesn't, meaning he doesn't just want to sell you a car, but he values you as a customer and new friend and he wants to help you make sure you get what you want for the budget range you have. I'm definitely sending people to him in the meantime!

I was originally looking as a used truck here. While I ended us purchasing from a different dealership (only because of the trim package on the car), my experience here was so pleasant I was very tempted to buy their lower trim truck simply because of how accommodating and friendly the team here was. I was working with a young man named Walter and his Manager , both of which were not pushy or aggressive in the slightest. While I did not purchase here , I would recommend them.

Please realize my review is about service. I think people who come here to have their car serviced, and ones to buy a car have different experiences.This location is so aesthetically pleasing. I've become happy with my service because Cliff is a great advisor. He really takes the time to explain the ins and outs of car issues, which is incredibly helpful. I return because he doesn't do a whole lot of upselling so it's easier to trust that his suggestions are sincere. The shuttle is very convenient too. Ill be back. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommend going elsewhere - and if you're interested in buying from here, please don't buy the presidential package especially. Buy a service package anywhere else after your vehicle purchase, but you don't want to be stuck dealing with the service department at Jim Coleman Honda of Clarksville.Multiple times I have brought my car in for service, and had to wait unnecessary extra time after service was complete due to absolute lack of communication from my service technicians. Basic things like calling the phone number I confirmed upon drop off, returning my call or messages, or looking for me in the waiting room (the service technician passed me off to someone else who did not convey I was waiting irl... and called the wrong #)- so ridiculous. I'm in the process of trading in my current vehicle and all of this is enough for me to take my business anywhere else.

Sales Manager Andy Herbert in Jim Coleman Honda called me at least five times in a week to offer many great deals and deep discounts. When I was the showroom, he offered me nothing instead of lowering the trade-in value of my van and pumped up the sales price of Honda HR-V Sport vehicle. During my three hours in the showroom, no customer was there except me. His poor professional behaviors made me buy the same vehicle in another Honda dealer which offered me the lower sales price and higher trade-in value. If I'd read the negative reviews about Andy Herbert, I would not visit Jim Coleman Honda. Sooner and later he would drive Jim Coleman Honda out of business.

I was contacted by this dealership to purchase a Range Rover I have for sale. My ad's photos and description clearly showed that it was a Black Range Rover with an expensive Silvery Vinyl Wrap. I was told to make the 2hr drive as my offer was guaranteed site unseen! When I arrived, it was immediate that it was a set up and nothing was guaranteed site unseen! This was probably one of the meanest things anyone has ever done to me! And my poor boyfriend, who just got off a 48 hour shift as a Firefighter followed me two hours one-way to you! We spent our money on tolls, money on gas, and I put another 200 miles on the car I'm trying to sell driving it there and back!You're excuse was it had the wrap, which I specifically told you that it had a custom color wrap besides the photos showing it black and showing it silver, and a paragraph explaining this on the ad YOU contacted ME through & gave me a guaranteed price IN WRITING sight unseen! If you didn't want the wrap you should've bought the car as agreed & removed the wrap! But then the game was telling me, well we don't know the condition of the paint underneath? LIES! You can't wrap a car unless the paint underneath is Pristine! And yet you low ball me with a lower offer which was your game all along? So now it's worth the risk of the paint underneath at a price $4000 less? Screw You! What a scam!I am so hurt by all of this and dragging my boyfriend through this and incurring more time, money and miles on a vehicle I am trying to sell. Horrible experience and horrible thing to do!

There is a reason they have such bad reviews. I was in the market for a Civic Type R, which is inherently a sought after car. With the current market, markups are omnipresent but they wanted 25k over sticker. LOL. Of course they didn't sell it, so they reached back out to me a month later with this email. A "generous" 15k discount off their markup but you have to pay $595 for wheel locks. Are they made of gold? Seriously, these guys are basically crooks.

I bought 2 cars from them in 2016 and 2019 and I had a great experience so I'd figure I'd give them a chance in 2022 to earn a 3rd sale when recently I was interested in the new civic - we could not come to an agreement at all I started at MSRP and they started at something like $5k over msrp plus 2k of extremely over marked up extras preinstalled. They simply said they have no reason to sell a car for less and literally said thank you and walked a way. I had to follow them and ask for my keys back from appraising my car. In my experience with them- They tend to value my trade ins less than Carmax. In the past they will even try to say that they can pay you less because they should get the benefit of your sales tax savings on the amount of the trade in . Tell them it's your savings not theirs. I ended up going to an Acura dealership getting an Integra at msrp/outside financing w no prepackaged "extras" without a hassle. And They probably ended up selling that car for what they wanted. Supply was low during this time but imagine if super markets did this with TP during 2020. After buying 2 cars from them I thought we had something special- but due to this experience- I will not go back.

Thanks you so much to General Manager Mr. Aaron Veerothai was so kind and give us time to meet me. My boyfriend and I was looking for SUV car. And yes !!! We brought the new Honda HR- 2023 which is beautiful and sport design. Purchase a car normally be so stressful but He took care everything went well and got the great deal for us. Also Thank you for Walter Sohn for the great service sales for the test drive and all the information of the cars. We really love Honda HR- V 2023. Hightly recommended for the service for Coleman Honda Dealership. stars service.

Very disappointed. Bought a used car for my 16 year old daughter. Its a 2014 so I didn't expect it to be in new condition but I did expect everything to work properly. If it didn't, I would expect that to be disclosed. Bought the car 2 weeks ago. Realized that the remote start function didn't work once we got home(I didn't test that at the dealership just like I didn't open all of the windows). I called my sales rep Victor(who was very helpful at point of sale). He basically told me sorry but nothing he can do as cars are sold "as is". I let him know that didn't seem fair/ethical and he told me to contact his manager and gave me the managers email address(surprising in that I would have expected him to go to the manager himself). So, I emailed the manager expressing my displeasure as well as doing the same in the online survey they sent me. That was over a week ago and no one has called me much less gotten me some type of resolution. Hope to hear from them soon.

I went in for an oil and filter change . Of course they told me I needed more : front and rear brakes to the tune of over $800. I was told my brakes were so bad my car wouldn't pass Md inspection . This didn't make sense . My car has 36,000 miles on it ! They were willing to do the work that day . Thanks - I left and called the dealer that usually services my car . The last time I had been there my car had 30,000 miles on it and the brakes were 7% worn . They said the rear brakes didn't need anything until at least 100,000 miles : To top it off , I was charged double for the oil and filter change compared to what my usual place charges . This was more than a rip off - it was a complete scam . I worry about the others getting their card serviced there .

They might as well be a grocery store, because the only thing they sell is lemons. Got a car from them, the car has been trouble ever since I got it. I also thought the service was really not good and unprofessional. My car I bought was brand new, and has stopped a couple times mid driving. I tried contacting them, and heard nothing back. I just really do not recommend them.

My mom and I went to Jim Coleman Honda this past Saturday and we both bought 2022 Honda Civic hatchback sedan sport touring vehicles. Sam Chads was absolutely terrific but not only Sam was great, Terry was amazing. She explained all the additional options available to purchase. Kevin Cohen, the managing partner is PHENOMENAL and would always recommend. I can not say more , they are the absolute best dealership to go to and if you want to be treated like family.... go to JIM COLEMAN HONDA .
