Horrible. They just destroyed a new rain jacket. There were stains all around the leather collar. I complained. She said, as nearly as I could understand her, that those stains simply came from the collar. No shi7?!?! And that that was normal after a first cleaning. Normal for a garment to be destroyed after first cleaning?!?!? I guess it depends on where you're dumb enough to take it, doesn't it?I complained about snags and pilling all around the middle of the garment. She said that was because the garment fabric was delicate and needed to be cleaned separately. Well, can't argue with that logic. Recognizing I had entered the Twilight Zone, I didn't dig more deeply into this non-conversation by asking why, then, she didn't clean it separately. They've destroyed other stuff that I didn't complain about. So this is not the exception but more the norm.

I've been taking my shirts to be laundered to Clarksville Cleaners for years. They do a great job and are far and away the most cost effective dry cleaner in the area. Even less expensive than Zips, who I think does a poor job. The owners are nice once you get to know them.

Jessica was extremely responsive to any questions and requests I had. Her team did a great job doing a move-out cleaning and even offered for them to come back if it wasn’t up to standard.

I have been dealing with Clarksville Cleaners for many years and at both of their locations and have not had a problem. Excellent customer service and excellent dry cleaning services.
