I recently had an issue with my car where the plastic cover attached to the bottom came out loose. I went to the center and asked for help. I stopped by Clarksville Auto Ctr recently to get an estimate on painting my car door. I met with Bryan Gawler right away.He took one look at the door and then spent 20 minutes buffing and polishing the scratches to the point where I felt I didnt need the painting done! And he didnt charge me for it.This is a true example of going above and beyond anything that I expected.Its wonderful to have someone like Bryan and Clarksville Auto Ctr in Howard County.I highly recommend them and if I ever want any body work on my car in the future, I will be going to them for sure.Thanks again Bryan!Tim MaceService: Painting

**Do NOT recommend!!1!** Every interaction with Mark Krieger has been antagonistic and passive aggressive! Mark has no apparent desire to work cooperatively within a professional capacity. All of his communications are frustrating and carry a tone of needless hostility & condescension. I would recommend Mark invest time in self reflection on whether continuing a career in customer service is within his personal interests.Services: Painting

This was my second time doing business with them, i have no doubt of say “THEY ARE AMAZING”. Best customer service. Very friendly, answered all my questions professionally on every visit. I was in a bit rush to get my car back and they worked with me and helped me get my car done. They didn’t ask me to leave any reviews so this is 100% honest review.Remember! My husband's car needed repairs earlier this year after hitting a deer. We took it to Clarksville Auto Center after getting a recommendation, however, I wish we hadn't.At first, everything went well. The customer service started out friendly, and we just had to wait for parts to come in. We waited weeks before we could take the car in, which I understand wasn't their fault. Finally, once the parts came in, we were called to schedule a time to drop off the car. We had to wait a few weeks out again for a drop off because they were booked, again we were understanding.However, the communication after dropping off the car was where we were left disappointed. We dropped off the car and they called us once to let us know that they might have to keep the car longer because they needed to order another part. They said they would call us back with updates. However, they were horrible with communication after that and never actually called back when they kept saying they would. My husband kept having to call each day to get an update on the car. One of the times they said that the door window wasn't working and needed more time for it, but why didn't they call to tell us? The last day my husband called, he got met with an attitude when he asked if his car was going to be ready that day and was told something along the lines of "Well if we didn't call you, it's not ready." My husband let them know that they have been telling us frequently that they would call us and update us, but they haven't been which is why we've been calling.Thankfully within the next day they did finally call and tell us the car was ready, and my husband went to pick it up. After bringing it home, we saw that the reconstruction and fixing of the car was not even well done. Parts were not aligning with the trim, the window glass on the passenger door was moving slowly when rolled down and made a weird noise. A trim piece near the door mirror was literally popped out, and we had to pop it back in. It was a mess. We didn't want to deal with this shop again, so we didn't bother calling and trying to bring it back.We do not recommend this shop and will never return here again.Service: Body & Trim

This is the second time I have dealt with the Clarksville Auto Center and, in my opinion, they do a great job! I had some trim on my car that had become detached and needed to be repaired. They gave me a quick estimate of costs, obtained the needed parts within a few days, and, once I brought the car back, they repaired my car in less than an hour at a VERY reasonable cost. They are friendly, honest and highly competent, and I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT TRUST. Liars and clowns. They say what the insurance company wants to hear, so they won’t have pay for the repairs. Lisbon auto is the only trustworthy repair shop I’ve seen, but of course the other persons insurance made me go to this one since they’re lying thieves together. Despicable.

Update,Finally I picked my car after more than 2 months. However, the damaged front wheel and tire were not fixed. They said they didn't include it in the supplement claim because it's a rear collision and this damage was in front. Yes, it's a rear collision, but my car was sent to the curb by the other vehicle.The repair shop should not and can't decide it's related or not, especially after I explained what happened in the 1st place. However, they just decided they wouldn't include it in the supplement estimate.Respond:I understand the supply chain issue, that's why the initial discussion was to drop off the car for damage assessment and I'd get my car back after 2 weeks regardless it's fixed or not, but then the car was taken apart without communicating with me first...Original post:I dropped off my car a month ago. I dropped off my car a month ago. At the time it's my understanding my car will be fixed in 2 weeks except for the back bumper cover which on back order. Now 1 month later, I was told that my car is waiting inline to get fixed and it may take a few more weeks, seriously? Had I been told it would take more than a month to get my car repaired, I would have chosen another body shop. Now they don't even give me a firm date on when my car will be fixed, that is after 1 month already.

While I was away at school someone hit my car in the parking lot which resulted in a few minor scratches on the bumper. I took my car around to get some estimates to get it fixed, but doing so would've been a financial burden. When I brought my car to Clarksville Auto Center Ryan took a look and was able to use something that wiped it off on the spot free of charge. He really took such a big weight off of my shoulders and I'm so happy that I was able to get my car fixed so quickly! I'll definitely be going back if I ever run into more car trouble!Service: Body & Trim

Clarksville Auto Center repaired damage to my truck from a highway collision with a deer. They completed the work very well and when promised, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They are friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely use them again. Process was very easy with USAA.
