This service department is the absolute worst!! My son took his 2016 Toyota Corolla in after a check engine light came on. He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it to Antwerpen which is much closer for a multi-point inspection. These scammers came back with almost $3100 in repairs on a car that is regularly serviced. I told him to immediately go get the car, but he had already approved them changing the spark plugs ($350). We took the Antwerpen list of repairs to our regular mechanic, and he said **none** of them were necessary. None!! Not even the spark plugs!! The dashboard light could’ve been due to something as minor as a loose gas cap. Pls know that Antwerpen operates an outrageous and disgusting business! Stay far away unless you want these vultures picking your pockets!!

I needed urgent help this Saturday morning with a driver’s side window which would no longer close and sounded like it was going to crack. Abby (Call Center) was extremely helpful and set me up to get my car checked on short notice - I really appreciated that.PJ Stout (Service) then provided me with excellent customer service - he really went the extra mile to ensure my car would be made safe again. Thank you so much, PJ.I am also grateful for the mechanic who repaired my window. All of the staff I dealt with today at Antwerpen were very helpful.

When I was in the market for a new car, like most, I went through the all the dealers within a 500 mile radius and looked through all options that fit my criteria - a tedious process to say the least!I couldn’t have been more lucky than to speak with Yomi, who is one of the most passionate salespeople I have ever met (and definitely the most across all the dealerships I’ve called). Simply put, he was a champion for my entire buying process. A thoughtful listener and *efficient* negotiator if I might add! He is the person you want to speak to when you call up the dealership to get what you want. He’s got my highest regards.Thank you to Yomi and the entire crew for the experience, and I can only hope others will share my same experience.So do I need to remind you to ask for Yomi the next time you call Antwerpen Toyota?

They tried to sell me a new Toyota a couple of weeks ago with a huge markup. They acted like they were doing me a favor by lowering the markup slightly and jacked up the out-the-door price. The manager even talked down to me for using a calculator to figure out what it should have been. The vehicle didn't even have some of the features I wanted, and wasn't my favorite color. I ended up finding and buying a different, more in-demand PHEV at another local dealer under MSRP. Antwerpen Toyota still uses old-school sales pressure tactics while adding the markup... Toyota dealers have gotten so bad because they know someone will buy these reliable vehicles even when treated like garbage and overcharged during the buying process. While all Toyota dealerships in my experience have gone downhill since 2020, some have improved from their rock-bottom state in 2021-22. This place is just awful still. Sheehy, Heritage, and Safford have their issues, but are all superior to this establishment.

Tibreya Braxton was wonderful and well versed in the car we eventually purchased. Everyone was very helpful. I wish I could give 4.5 stars because it was almost perfect. Do I wish I could have gotten the car cheaper? Of course, but I don't mind a commission going to this team. I do wish there had been some advanced notice that the person in finance would also be pitching extended warranties to us and had been just a bit clearer that they were optional. At one point it felt a bit like the price had changed on us, but all was clarified, and we chose the right option for us.

Tommy, the man who sold me the car, a very attentive, serviceman did the impossible for him to go out with a car for me, he is an honest and kind-hearted guy, with an excellent job for Americans, Hispanics or Latinos

Avoid this place. They will no doubt try to sell you contracts you don't need. Do not buy any paint protection, gap insurance because Toyotas hold value and don't buy a service contract without doing your research. They will sell you a warranty you can get on your own for 1700 and charge you 3900. You don't need these products especially when purchasing a Toyota. They will try to slip those contracts in without even saying anything. Very dishonest. Please, if you really want a service contract go online and get it yourself. If you don't listen to me you will be sorry and before you know it these worthless contracts will cost you big time. I was in a rush and they got me good. Ended up adding 7k to the price and they are very slick about it. Be careful not only here but any dealership.

I can’t believe this dealer is so well rated. On the used car side, I bought a 2018 BMW 750i with 50k mi in Feb 2023. They lied about a power train warranty that wasn’t available and didn’t tell me until I asked for paperwork after contract was signed. On day 1 of ownership I got a low coolant warning. On day 2 I noticed windshield wiper pumps didn’t work. The comfort acres system doesn’t work either. By week 6 the AC didn’t work due to a refrigerant leak. $5000 fix. I’m sure they just recharged and sold it. It just makes you wonder how honest these guys are. They did put new tires on though. I’ll never use these guys again.

2 stars with 211 reviews says a lot, would be lower if there was a zero star option. I only come here because it's close to home but not anymore. Dishonest crappy service and they will charge you a lot for it... only for the same problem to occur again shortly after.

Update-I bought a car and came in when they called me for my permanent tags and they took off my temp tags on 1/31/23. Heads up, I started getting multiple tickets on the temp tags I returned to Toyota. The car buying experience soon became terrible because of how they handled it and acted like it was my fault, and I needed to fix it myself. I have still not been reimbursed on tickets I paid from the stolen temp tags from the Antwerpen facility. I had to get a manager because customer service blamed it on me. I still have not even received a reply from my last email. I would not recommend buying a car there due to poor customer service.

Antwerpen Toyota is truly the best in every department. Josue in service always makes my routine service appointments convenient, pleasant, and seamless.On 4/7/23 I brought my mom’s car in for service. While waiting, my son Elijah with high functioning autism, who’s fascinated with lights and anything Toyota, became fixated on a silver keychain in the Toyota store. I wasn’t prepared to buy anything, so I asked the employee Roberto if he had a spare silver keychain but there were none. Instead, he gave him a Toyota tee shirt which made him very happy, but he still wanted the silver keychain.We browsed the sales area, and all the staff were so kind, allowing me to video record my son pretending to be a Toyota car salesman the way he used to pretend as a child. This was such a cool experience for him to be able to open and close the doors of new vehicles in the showroom as he described each car. The manager Antonio was amazing! He gave Elijah a plastic Antwerpen license tag holder and two paper placemats with images of cars on them. He went above and beyond, moving boxes to find him a keychain, but there weren’t any. The sales lady Myah stepped up to the plate and gave him her last light-up keychain, and the salesman Ola went out of his way to give him some sunglasses. He was very appreciative of everything; but still wanted the silver keychain.I stopped in the finance office for a sales printout. Jesse was super kind and unexpectedly gave Elijah a cool Maryland keychain and a couple of Toyota brochures. Although Elijah was ecstatic, he still wanted the silver keychain.When the car was ready, we went to the cashier to checkout. Jamal was awesome allowing Elijah to take pictures near the checkout area as if he were an employee. This was a dream come true for my son who can now reflect and cherish that moment, but he was super anxious and hyper focused on the silver keychain since we were about to leave.While driving, Elijah started having a tantrum over the silver keychain. I stopped by the Toyota used car dealership across the street to ask if they had any silver key chains lying around. A new sales manager named Sky, greeted me with a big smile. I explained the situation and he allowed Elijah to come in and take pictures next to all their showroom cars while he checked for keychains. When Sky returned with no keychain, I sensed Elijah’s distress. Then Sky did the absolute unexpected. He walked Elijah and I back over to the dealership store and he purchased Elijah the silver keychain of his choice with the aid of Mark who happily assisted. Omg! I can’t explain how Sky saved the day. My son has autism with behavior challenges. I knew if he didn’t get the silver keychain, he would have a major meltdown in the car which would have led to an unsafe drive home. Instead, it was the most peaceful drive, and I was smiling the whole time as he fumbled through his trick-or-treat bag of treasures provided by the staff.I want to sincerely thank all the employees at Antwerpen Toyota Clarksville for their kindness, understanding and compassion toward my son, and a special thank you to Sky for going the extra mile to accommodate him. I can see staff being overly nice to an autistic child, but Elijah is 20 years old, and they were just as kind and compassionate toward him as if he were a toddler. The statistics show that 85% of individuals with autism are unemployed which includes the high functioning population. I’m in the process of starting a vocational/research residential school for students with high functioning autism; car sales and service is one of the careers that is part of the curriculum. I’m hoping that my school can partner with Antwerpen Toyota in some capacity because they have truly demonstrated a real heart for the autism community. You have no idea what this type of kindness means. I can’t thank you all enough for making an autism mom’s life a truckload lighter that day. We will NEVER forget this experience.
