If I could I would give them a zero. I took my car in for a free synthetic oil change using a coupon. Instead the dealer put in conventional oil to save money. The affair wasted 2 hrs of my time. The dealer had a nonsensical excuse as to why they did it and offered that I come back another day - another 2 hrs of my time to remedy the issue. I always use synthetic oil and so I will need to drain their oil and replace it. But, we are not done.... They did offer to replace my 2 yr old battery (which did not need replacing) for $250+. This is clearly a deceitful organization.

AWFUL experience-not worth 1 start-deserves ZERO stars! DO NOT give this ENTIRE AUTO GROUP business. Saw a car online, 8am Friday, 9/1. Filled out a form. Got a call from the Business Development Mgr, made an appt for 11am to see the car, he confirmed the car was there at the location showed online-5717 Baltimore National Pike location. Received a text later confirming the appt and the location to go to see the car was Clarksville. Great, no problem. Got an email at 9:54 confirming the appt, and showing the appointment location to see the car was at Auto Drive, Clarksville, MD. Called him at 9.58 to confirm the location I was to go to, he confirmed the car is in Clarksville, the sales man was driving it to that location for me to look at (at this point i don't know why he was bringing it there.) Got a call back from same Business Development Mgr, at 10.11am where he said again, confirming the car is on the way to Clarksville. ok, great. I show up at 11.05am to Clarksville, meet the sales rep, ask to see the car, he say's IT ISN'T THERE! I thought it was a joke. He said to save you $1,500 we had you come here, but now we need to go see the car, only 15 mins away. WHAT! are you kidding me. He said I will start to appraise your car. I went out to him, and said, I don't need my car appraised, I am here to TEST DRIVE a car, and the car isn't here, after 3 times being told it was. Why wouldn't you bring the CAR HERE-YOU TOLD ME TO COME TO THIS LOCATION, (I did not ever yell, would never yell, at someone in this setting, am only using CAPS because I am still angry!) why would i spend my time to come here, I could have spent that time driving to to the location where the car was. THEN I said, ok, so you will chop $1,500 from the price I see online when we arrive where the car actually is. He says NO, thats not how it works, we are saving you $ by not adding $1,500 if you showed up to where the CAR is. OMG! I WAS LIVID! He said this car is being sold at a loss of $4K to the dealer, so we can't go lower, (that is not my problem!) AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We said, this isn't how business works, this isn't how you communicate with people, we are leaving. so we left. Disgusted. NO ONE CALLED me the rest of the day to apologize. OMG what a horrible customer experience. At least now I know one less place to look at cars, and, I actually bought a car from them many years ago-ha, Never again. I hope I hear from someone from the auto group, but am not surprised if I don't, why would you NOW properly communicate with someone, and why would you want to admit to this horrible run business operation and realize what is going on to your REPEAT customers. Thanks for reading, other car buyers, just stay away from here, your will be better off ANYWHERE else.

These are the nicest people on the planet. Their shop and service department is immaculate. They were helpful and went above and beyond . Will definitely return and I recommend them100%.

The worst collision center that I have ever experienced. They promised the car repair withing 4 to 5 weeks. 9 weeks later the car is still not ready. They constantly make up excuses that aren't even close to being believable. They don't return phone calls, they won't give updates. I would recommend them to my worst enemy.

I came to Antwerpen Toyota and I have to say this experience was the best I’ve had at any dealership. My salesman Rohan sold me a Buick! I was not prepared to buy but he made me feel confident in my purchase. Come in and ask for Rohan!

2019 Volvo V90.Update 3:FINALLY, after 81 days post purchase of what was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, I finally received my permanent plates. I'm still waiting on my phone call from the GM. It's clear my customer number is more important than my customer name.Update 1: They failed to get their paperwork squared away when they bought the vehicle at auction, and I only found out about this issue when I had to email and call them the day my temp tags expired.Update 2: My purchase experience was as follows. Every event is 100% factual and objectively true. After dealing with the used vehicle sales dept for approx three weeks, it was established that I would fly in from out of state on 1 June to purchase the vehicle (while also being pressured multiple times to come in on the 31st to buy the vehicle instead). During my phone conversations, I was assured by a sales manager that I would be met at the airport (that was only 15-20 minutes away) and that I could use the drive back as the test drive and roll right into signing papers and be on my way. As I continued to communicate my travels to my sales rep, I was still under the impression that I would be met and picked up at the airport. Once I landed, this apparently fell through as I called my sales rep to let them know I had landed, and they were assuming I would get some other ride to the dealership. (I'm guessing the sales manager either gave me lip service or never relayed this to the sales rep). 30 minutes later, after some back and forth, I was finally picked up at the airport and proceeded to drive the vehicle back to the dealership.Upon arriving, I did a walk around on the vehicle only to discover a damaged tire. ( Mind you, they had this vehicle on their lot for 4+months and never "noticed" the issue) Refusing to sign any purchase papers until the issue was corrected, I was then forced to wait 24 hours until the tire replacement was complete. Although they gave me a 2022 accord hybrid as a rental, this vehicle had the TPMS warning light on, with one of the tires being 7 psi lower than the others.On June 2nd at 11am, I was told the tire was replaced and was ready for me to sign papers. I arrived back to the dealership around 1 p.m. and when I got there, the vehicle was NOT ready, as previously stated. Also, during my 3 weeks of communication, I specifically told the finance department that I was open to their financing options. However, I was exploring multiple banks for the best rate and options.When 3 p.m. rolled around, and I was finally sitting in the finance manager's office they brought the paperwork out, showing only their bank rate as the only option for me to sign a loan for. When I question them about this and how I had another bank that had reach out to them they're only response was "well our rate is lower so you should go with us" and then when I pushed the issue about going for the other bank rate they insisted that the $300 "discount" they were going to offer me on the sale of the vehicle they would have to add back in to the total price.There were a few more back and forth that were discussed between me and the finance manager (that should all be recorded on their system) I finally gave in and agreed to sign the papers and the only reason I agreed was because the car that I was buying was the only version of this car that was available for sale at the time in the country, or I would have taken my business elsewhere in a heartbeat.When papers were signed, I told the finance manager that I still had a few months left on my old vehicle license plate and that I wished to transfer that plate to this new vehicle (plus the next year of registration)(DIDN'T HAPPEN). I also told him that I was very displeased with my entire customer experience and that I was expecting a call from either the general manager or somebody higher up in the chain that I could address my concerns to. Mind you I purchased this vehicle on a Saturday so I was willing to wait til Monday t

This place is a joke. Called in to schedule a test drive and was informed by Nelson that I could buy it first and then test drive it on the way home, that they do not allow test drives. Asked to speak with the manager and he kept me on hold for a while and then eventually transferred me to the land of endless ringing. Called again and asked the switchboard lady not to transfer me, that I just wanted to know if they did test drives or not. She too transferred me to the land of endless ringing. Super fun. Who buys a car without test driving it? That would be a terrible decision. I'll take my business elsewhere!
