Please beware of this dealership! Would not recommend this dealership unless you are prepared to deal with dishonest people. I would highly recommend you taking your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, have had numerous negative experiences throughout our buying process that could have been avoided. Our first warning to future customers is when purchasing a used car from them is to carefully review your bill of sale and purchase price. My husband was charged for an “extended warranty” type package for an extra $2,000. Based on other reviews they may be calling it other names such as reconditioning etc. just be sure to double check your bill of sale before you sign. Ultimately my husband should’ve seen that but that tack it on after showing you the sale price and taxes/fees.
I could look past that part but wanted to warn future buyers.
The biggest problem we had was the dealership processing a loan through their financing department and cashing our certified check from our bank. So we essentially paid for the car via our check and then they also processed a loan in our name. It has not been easy to get in touch with them after the sale. Have definitely been getting the run around from management. Eddie was the rudest individual I have spoken to regarding a business transaction such as this. We honestly just wanted some clarification as to what was happening and why so we could straighten things out but the way they have avoided us and tried to cover up things have led us to escalate legally. Just be careful! I am sure there are better dealerships to spend your hard earned time and money with!!

Huge waste of our time! I had been in contact for over a week about a specific certified vehicle they had listed. Was told it was gone but then re told oh no wait we have it. Was hounded when we would be able to come look at it. We have a very tight schedule and finally we're able to take off work, made arrangements for child care and drove from Baltimore just for them to try and show us the wrong car, and told that they don't actually have the car we were coming to look out when I showed them the listing that was Still up on their website. They then offered for us to take a look at a more expensive car, not certified and said they could make a deal. While waiting for them to finish my estimate on my trade in, he tells me it'll be between $7500-$8500 when I asked for a copy of that in writing it the all the sudden says $6500. So They offered me less money for my car trade in than any other dealer I have looked at. So not sure what kind of deal that was suppose to be.

If I could I would give them a zero. I took my car in for a free synthetic oil change using a coupon. Instead the dealer put in conventional oil to save money. The affair wasted 2 hrs of my time. The dealer had a nonsensical excuse as to why they did it and offered that I come back another day - another 2 hrs of my time to remedy the issue. I always use synthetic oil and so I will need to drain their oil and replace it. But, we are not done.... They did offer to replace my 2 yr old battery (which did not need replacing) for $250+. This is clearly a deceitful organization.

AWFUL experience-not worth 1 start-deserves ZERO stars! DO NOT give this ENTIRE AUTO GROUP business. Saw a car online, 8am Friday, 9/1. Filled out a form. Got a call from the Business Development Mgr, made an appt for 11am to see the car, he confirmed the car was there at the location showed online-5717 Baltimore National Pike location. Received a text later confirming the appt and the location to go to see the car was Clarksville. Great, no problem. Got an email at 9:54 confirming the appt, and showing the appointment location to see the car was at Auto Drive, Clarksville, MD. Called him at 9.58 to confirm the location I was to go to, he confirmed the car is in Clarksville, the sales man was driving it to that location for me to look at (at this point i don't know why he was bringing it there.) Got a call back from same Business Development Mgr, at 10.11am where he said again, confirming the car is on the way to Clarksville. ok, great. I show up at 11.05am to Clarksville, meet the sales rep, ask to see the car, he say's IT ISN'T THERE! I thought it was a joke. He said to save you $1,500 we had you come here, but now we need to go see the car, only 15 mins away. WHAT! are you kidding me. He said I will start to appraise your car. I went out to him, and said, I don't need my car appraised, I am here to TEST DRIVE a car, and the car isn't here, after 3 times being told it was. Why wouldn't you bring the CAR HERE-YOU TOLD ME TO COME TO THIS LOCATION, (I did not ever yell, would never yell, at someone in this setting, am only using CAPS because I am still angry!) why would i spend my time to come here, I could have spent that time driving to to the location where the car was. THEN I said, ok, so you will chop $1,500 from the price I see online when we arrive where the car actually is. He says NO, thats not how it works, we are saving you $ by not adding $1,500 if you showed up to where the CAR is. OMG! I WAS LIVID! He said this car is being sold at a loss of $4K to the dealer, so we can't go lower, (that is not my problem!) AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We said, this isn't how business works, this isn't how you communicate with people, we are leaving. so we left. Disgusted. NO ONE CALLED me the rest of the day to apologize. OMG what a horrible customer experience. At least now I know one less place to look at cars, and, I actually bought a car from them many years ago-ha, Never again. I hope I hear from someone from the auto group, but am not surprised if I don't, why would you NOW properly communicate with someone, and why would you want to admit to this horrible run business operation and realize what is going on to your REPEAT customers. Thanks for reading, other car buyers, just stay away from here, your will be better off ANYWHERE else.

I made my first car purchase in Antwerpen with Mr. Tommy, it was very pleasant, a very nice experience, he bought us food, gave us coffee, was patient in my decisions and gave me better options so that I wouldn't lose my opportunity. I don't know if everyone has been through it. the same but it is good service maybe not all are the same
