AVOID this location.
I bought a car from this dealership and just a few years later it's already having major issues with starting and brakes not working.
I brought my car in for repairs here as well, thinking they would give me a good deal, but they quoted me half the cost of the car to have it fixed. I was in a bind, so I had them do the repairs.. but I checked with other shops and they could get official Nissan parts and do the job much cheaper.
Their sales manager was also condescending. He smugly said that I had no shot in court, despite that I never said I was taking them to court.
All in all, they sell poor quality cars here and will overpriced repairs. Customer service is a real mixed bag. AVOID this location in any circumstances.

Hi I was really stressed about getting a car being as tho I’m only 20 but I worked with Edwin and he was able to help me actually leave with a car. The customer service and the communication was excellent and they answered any questions that I had. They were also patient and just overall very kind people. The manager Mohammed was also very nice and also communicated well on things regarding the car. In general the staff was very nice and I’m glad I was able to leave with a car. They made getting a car stress free so I would absolutely recommend them in the future!

MS the finance manager is trash he tried to come for me now it's my turn I will cook you boy until you are no more burn you to a crisp then flip you over and burn you again. Talk that shhh like you know everything let's see if you know about this 1 star review. Who you think you talking to better watch your mouth talk to a real one over here.

The Indian Sales Manager is not as smart as he thinks he is and comes off as rude and tells you No alot cutting you off while speaking. Who thought it be a good idea to make the Indian guy MS a manager negative. For this you will get a 1 star if I could go lower I would. If I come there for service or ever see him again I will leave another 1 star review everytime I see him.

I worked with Mr. Brandon Hawkins, and I want to say here that he was extremely personable, gave me weekly updates on my car once the repairs started, and answered pretty much any question I could think of. He also had an excellent demeanor when I initially came in with my damaged vehicle, clearly frazzled, and that definitely helped me keep my anxiety down during the initial visit. The dealership itself did have a quite a few cars lined up for repairs, so i did end up waiting nearly a month and a half to get my car back, but with the state of things right now, it kinda can't be avoided given how close to the city areas we live. Would come back again if I needed the service!

I went in to this dealer with low hopes because I was turned down in the past by other dealers, Quentin literally worked everything out for me and I was able to pull off the lot with a new car. Mike Hastings is phenomenal. The techs performed service as expected. The techs leave your car running and blast the A/C the entire time they work on it. A quick fill up after having your car serviced should be expected.

Brought my car in under warranty and was qouted almost 5k in needed repairs. When we questioned what was covered under warranty they went back and adjusted only the front brakes and rotors staing by the rear wasn't necessary....even though they were when they expected us to pay. I can understand the fluids nd such not being under warranty but the quote even noted severe cupping on my tires....that are under warranty and they did not cover it.....very disappointing. I view the dealership as crooks.
