I have had the pleasure of doing business with the sales manager Ryan & the flawless respect he had to work within my budget. Service department is incredibly unhelpful. We had our car break down under warranty and it was undrivable. I was told they couldn't even look at it for several weeks and would only accept the car at the dealership closer to the appointment. So basically the car needs to be towed to a safe location to wait to be towed again to the dealership.

The sales team was nice. However, if you’re trading in a car, don’t go to them! They sell your car to Carmax so you’ll get peanuts for your trade. I have been in finance for 15 years so I had my trade valued by three different sources before I got there. My car’s clean trade value is $26k but they only offered me $22k. I am sure that Carmax offered them more and they are taking a cut. They were not willing to budge on the price so I walked out. We didn’t even make it to the finance part where I would have purchased tire and wheel coverage and GAP, so they would have made some money off me there. This was the last day of the year so I thought they’d be willing to work something out especially on a 2023 model…but no….Their loss.

Horrible customer service when purchasing a car. I've had to make multiple phone calls, send emails, and texts and NO response regarding paying off my old car and not one person has ever contacted me regarding this. It took them over 1 month to pay it off according to the credit union the car was financed thru. Luckily I love my car but would never go thru this buying experience again with them. Still waiting on update of title to new car purchase.

Wierdest visit to a sales office yet, really more funny than straight up bad, but wont be buying here. This is specific to the Clarkesville location. The manager was super nice. Then we test drove a car with a sales guy and went to talk about pricing. The sales guy was so busy watching football on the (facing us screen) that he told us how to calculate our own monthly payment and switched the tab to sports betting while we pulled out our phone calculators to figure it out. He didnt talk through the warranty or maintenance with us, which was what brought us in. We quickly left feeling like you leave a party when someone starts to yawn and i doubt he even noticed. The lack of pushy was.. nice but.. haha a little too far!

I didn't go to Antwerpen expecting to leave with a car (wanted to see the interior of select cars first hand) but after being shown around the lot by sales consultant CJ, I left with a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. CJ was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying a car. Also, Antwerpen had a good selection of cars for me to look at.

100% recommend coming here to get your car serviced!!!! I had been completely misinformed by other Hyundai dealerships, which caused me to run into an issue with my oil change. The service manager, George Ayoub, took the time to explain everything to me & helped me resolve the issue. I will only be coming to this location from now on!

Great experience in purchasing a new vehicle! Our salesperson, Moe, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The management and finance personnel were also very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai!

Joseph is a great advisor and works so hard to do as much as he can. The building/facilities are pretty good. But there are rarely any appointments available online, and they can't give a definite timeframe of when the car will be ready. I often can't pick up the car until later in the evening, but they no longer will leave it outside with the key locked in it so I can pick it up (with the second key) after they close. Practically every step in the process is a hassle.

For some reason, Antwerpen doesn't think I, a married woman, should be allowed to have a car in my own name. For four years. They have send emails to my email, which is my name, to my husband. I've corrected them literally dozens of times, and they insist on using his name. I was going to get another car from there, but I can't support misogyny. Other reasons for a one start review--scheduling an appointment for a recall item, not canceling, and not having the part in stock. Recommending work that was not indicated according to two other mechanics.

Been a customer for years. Never again! They've gone way downhill! Brought in my Genesis for pre trip once over. In addition, my driver's seat back had literally fallen apart for no reason (not very assuring for a so-called luxury vehicle). They quoted me $930 to get a new seat back - said it couldn't be fixed any other way. In addition, another $1000 or so for various maintenance items. I declined all their recommendations and left after they'd done an oil service (where the tech had over filled the tire pressure). I had the seat back repaired at a well regarded auto upholstery shop for $250. I then brought the car into a local highly rated Independent, who advised me that all Antwerpen's $1000 recommendations were "fluff" that were not necessary. However, the independent found a very weak battery and low pads and rotors in the rear, both essential pre - trip items. Antwerpen had failed to identify these important problems in their check out of the car. They no longer give customers an itemized check list of the vehicle. Needless to say, I will never again use Antwerpen.

Easiest car purchase I ever had. I picked the vehicle and made an inquiry from their website. Salesman Mike Serrano contacted me within minutes. I drove to the dealership and the vehicle was upfront. We discussed finances and Mike came up with a better plan than I expected. I asked not to be bothered with the extended warranty sales pitch and my wish was honored.I was out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Since I drove by myself, Mike was kind enough to deliver the car to my house.The vehicle was a surprise for my wife. She was super excited when she got home. She got the white Tucson she wanted for a while.Highly recommend the dealership, ask for Mike he straight, no pressure salesman

I had the BEST experience at Antwerpen Hyundai. Let me say George Ayoub is one of the Best Service managers that anyone could deal with. He attends to you with a good personality he listens to your car problems and he fixes it. The workers are very pleasant. Thank you everyone at Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville Great job!!!?

I took my wife’s car in for service I was greeted immediately all the staff is so helpful and so nice my Service Advisor was Jasmine. She was great kept me informed and really took care of my wife’s car. I want to thank the service staff they were great

service department is very easy to work with and goes out of their way to be helpful. responds fast over texts and listens to requests. had to stop by for a few issues recently and was very happy with the service.
