I have been having a horrible ongoing experience with the broken communication within the service department. The worst part is disingenuity that I have experienced. Just unfathomable! I went to the service as per the sticker information installed on the windows, was provided no service told to come back again after 3000 additional miles citing mistake by a service associate, and was offered pick up for service in lieu of my troubles (which I though was a reasonable compromise) and mentioned that it was added to my account. I call them back and no one apparently has any record, the finance manager has resigned, there is a new service team etc. After asking for service manager, I was told I will get a call back which never happened. Then I try to reach them with no one answering on several attempts. What the heck guys. You should do better. I would be careful having to deal with this kind of wastage of time and more importantly, getting self enraged to get away from constructive thinking. Not worth the experience if you ask me. Absolutely terrible!

Terrible service department. Brought in car under 100k miles with engine noise. Paid $220 for diag. Quote was $12500 for new engine. Car sat for over a month with no communication. Was faster and more convenient to buy another Hyundai at another dealership.

I was treated with kindness and respect by Service Writer Joseph McWilliams. Mr. McWilliams sent me a text message with several options for recommended services, in addition to the primary service of an oil change my car was in for. He also saw to it that that those additional services were provided in a timely and very economical manner. He made my experience a very efficient one-stop-shopping one.

Jasmin is great!! She is knowledgeable and if she does not know she will find the answer. She does not try to over sell you anything. Her customer service is impeccable. I gave four stars because the wait time whenever I go for service seems to be an all day event, this I know is not in her control.

Service took nearly 2 hours with a reservation. It was it's first service which was basically an oil change.

The person at the desk needs to review the products and services offered to genesis owners. I have a new 2023 with 15k miles and the young man believed I would have to pay over 600 dollars for the scheduled maintenance. Common sense would tell you that the car is still covered under the warranty. After multiple back-and-forth, I grabbed my keys and explained that I would go to a different dealership. I attempted to speak to the service manager, and was met with a hostility. I hung up on him and filed a report with the corporate office.
I wasted half of my day off attempting to get a simple thing done. I would avoid this service department.

That was my first experience with them. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They understood and answered my questions. They explained and helped me through all the process.

As someone who knows nothing about cars and was purchasing a car for the first time, Sang made all worry and stress go away within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. He sets the bar across the board for the perfect car buying experience. He was efficient and precise in finding me a vehicle that suited my needs as well as at a price that I could afford. When I told him it was my first time buying, I really appreciated how he never pushed me to consider outside of my wants or needs. Sang went above and beyond in providing me with the best service possible. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my first car buying experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this location! We worked with CJ and other staff members to purchase our ‘24 Santa Fe and it was the quickest car buying process I’ve ever been through. They were very nice and very efficient. A+ customer service!

Came in for my 3 year/36 month service. I was met quickly and offered a seat in the waiting area which is very clean. The work was done efficiently.
