This service department is an absolute abomination. My son took his 2016 Toyota Corolla in after a check engine light came on. He now lives about an hour away from our regular mechanic so he took it to Antwerpen which is much closer for a multi-point inspection. These scammers came back with almost $3100 in repairs on a car that is regularly serviced. I told him to immediately go get the car, but he had already approved them changing the spark plugs ($350). We took the Antwerpen list of repairs to our regular mechanic, and he said **none** of them were necessary. None!! Not even the spark plugs!! The dashboard light could've been due to something as minor as a loose gas cap! Antwerpen operates an outrageous and disgusting business! Stay far away unless you want these vultures picking your pockets!!

It's a good place to service your car and they sell new and used cars

They tried to sell me a new Toyota a couple of weeks ago with a huge markup. They acted like they were doing me a favor by lowering the markup slightly and jacked up the out-the-door price. The manager even talked down to me for using a calculator to figure out what it should have been. The vehicle didn't even have some of the features I wanted, and wasn't my favorite color. I ended up finding and buying a different, more in-demand PHEV at another local dealer under MSRP. Antwerpen Toyota still uses old-school sales pressure tactics while adding the markup... Toyota dealers have gotten so bad because they know someone will buy these reliable vehicles even when treated like garbage and overcharged during the buying process. While all Toyota dealerships in my experience have gone downhill since 2020, some have improved from their rock-bottom state in 2021-22. This place is just awful still. Sheehy, Heritage, and Safford have their issues, but are all superior to this establishment.

I definitely would not recommend Nissan Security Antwerpen. It's full of false advertisement and rude workers. The facility does not do shuttles, as mentioned on their website. If you come get a repair, they do a diagnostic of $170, but then they tax on around $25 for "shop fees." When you try to get a manager to discuss their false advertisement tactics, your complaints fall onto deaf ears. If they are willing to do this to Nissan owners, imagine what they would do to screw over new Nissan owners.Currently, I have waited 2 days for a sensor to be fixed. A mere sensor. When you call them, they say, “calling us won’t make it change it quicker.” Yet, they quoted me yesterday when I decided to do my services here. After revisiting to check on my vehicle, service became even more horrific. After I wrote a negative google review, Mr. Scott Steinberg, came to me at the dealership, giving his unprofessional, unsolicited opinion about my review. He ended his comments with, "well you ruined it. you made a decision, and you will live with it."After working with this dealership, I learned that even the service manager (bald white larger man who has a slight temper) refuses to follow NHTSA bulletins. Instead, he would make recommendations that will only increase your bill. Instead of following the recommendations (which involved a seized EGT sensor), he recommended replacing the entire manifold (which would cost additional $1700). When I suggested the NHTSA bulletin, he states, "that's it." He grabbed my paperwork and went towards the payment desk, "you can take your stuff to another dealership. we will not be servicing you here," as he required me to pay the diagnostic fees. This place is ridiculous. I have reported this place to Nissan corporate. I recommend people go elsewhere, as this place is utter trash.

AWFUL experience-not worth 1 start-deserves ZERO stars! DO NOT give this ENTIRE AUTO GROUP business. Saw a car online, 8am Friday, 9/1. Filled out a form. Got a call from the Business Development Mgr, made an appt for 11am to see the car, he confirmed the car was there at the location showed online-5717 Baltimore National Pike location. I then received a text from saying my appt is at Clarksville to see the car. Great-no problem there. Got an email at 9:54 confirming the appt, and showing the appointment location to see the car was at Auto Drive, Clarksville, MD. Called him at 9.58 to confirm the location I was to go to, he confirmed the car is in Clarksville, the sales man was driving it to that location for me to look at (at this point i don't know why he was bringing it there, never asked him to, no one asked if a location is better, they had no idea where I was driving in from.) Got a call back from same Business Development Mgr, at 10.11am where he said again, confirming the car is on the way to Clarksville. ok, great. I show up at 11.05am to Clarksville, meet the sales rep, ask to see the car, he say's IT ISN'T THERE! I thought it was a joke. He said to save you $1,500 we had you come here, but now we need to go see the car, only 15 mins away. WHAT! are you kidding me. He said I will start to appraise your car. I went out to him, and said, I don't need my car appraised, I am here to TEST DRIVE a car, I don't care how much my car is worth if there isn't a car here for me to buy! The car I am here to see isn't here, after 3 times being told it was. Why wouldn't you bring the CAR HERE-YOU TOLD ME TO COME TO THIS LOCATION, (I did not ever yell, would never yell, at someone in this setting, am only using CAPS because I am still angry!) why would i spend my time to come here, I could have spent that time driving to to the location where the car was. THEN I said, ok, so you will chop $1,500 from the price I see online when we arrive where the car actually is. He says NO, thats not how it works, we are saving you $ by not adding $1,500 if you showed up to where the CAR is. OMG! I WAS LIVID! He said this car is being sold at a loss of $4K to the dealer, so we can't go lower, (that is not my problem!) AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We said, this isn't how business works, this isn't how you communicate with people, we are leaving. so we left. Disgusted. NO ONE CALLED me the rest of the day to apologize. OMG what a horrible customer experience. At least now I know one less place to look at cars, and, I actually bought a car from them many years ago-ha, Never again. I hope I hear from someone from the auto group, but am not surprised if I don't, why would you NOW properly communicate with someone, and why would you want to admit to this horrible run business operation and realize what is going on to your REPEAT customers. Thanks for reading, other car buyers, just stay away from here, your will be better off ANYWHERE else.

Fast and easy. 90 minutes was projected as my wait time and 90 minutes later I was driving off the lot with my car after it’s appointment. They have gotten better with appointments and wait times.

I contacted Matt Price about a vehicle on the website. He personally handled the deal. Went over all the features of the car. Very informative test drive. Was upfront on all aspects of the deal. Bill Collins finished the details with finesse and I couldn’t have been in better hands. If you want an honest experience of purchasing a vehicle with no pressure…go to Antwerpen Chevrolet and ask for these guys. I’m extremely happy with my Mercedes and the deal I received here!

Response to the "owner"Why don't you go read my review on your used car dealer. It's clear you don't care if I call or not, considering I was told by two separate employees I would get a call back from the GM or some level of upper management, which never happened.

Good place. I felt they were honest and compete. Certainly are well organized and excellent communicators

Shop prices are pretty crazy. Parts are 2-3x what they are at an auto parts store, and labor rates are the highest I’ve seen, and I’m sure this is the dealership pocketing the money instead of it going to the technicians.

2 stars with 211 reviews says a lot, would be lower if there was a zero star option. I only come here because it's close to home but not anymore. Dishonest crappy service and they will charge you a lot for it... only for the same problem to occur again shortly after.

I think this is a very well run dealership. Great customer service, regular interactions when you are there. Phone calls are handled without long holds, questions get answered and everyone is very pleasant. Thanks again!

This dealership is he worst do not go there. My daughter bought a car from them and soon as she drove the car off the lot she had to put the car in the shop and it is still there and she put down a large deposit. Jack sure does say yes to buying a lemon

If you ask a question more than once you will get two different answers. Not very happy with the dealership. I did however walk away with a car (because I needed something to dive)
