The owner lied to me. Last Saturday, I was there to pick up my 2 packages. I was not able to get them as I didn't bring my ID. So, I said I will come back. And today, I was there, but the owner said one of them was returned back as the store (where I bought my items) sent it along with a wrong delivery code. I had no ideas, but he said that's not my fault. After coming home, I talked to the store and turned out the UPS made a note that I refused the delivery as the item was not what I ordered. I still have no idea, but I'm sure this place is terrible.

Friendly staff, quick service. Easy Amazon returns with no issue. Just choose the right option when setting up the returns on Amazon.

The owner is so arrogant and greedy. They want all amazon returns boxed (which I did) and the owner wouldnt even give me a little tape on one side to secure the box even though I had printed out the label. He asked me for $1 to tape it off! So I said I will buy a new tape from his store and use it and he said yes. And after I bought the tape from his store, he didn’t even use that and just used their own tape! Worst ups experience ever.

This UPS store is nothing but problems. They are supposed to be an authorized Amazon return store but they wouldn't accept my items without me boxing them. I had the original Amazon bags but they would not even supply tape! The lady ahead of me brought several items which were not packaged and they accepted with no question. Because I printed the label, even though I selected UPS to pack option, she outright refused. Every single time, if dealing with the manager/owners it is a hassle. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Owner, not so much.

Don’t bother going there if you’re returning amazon or verizon equipment. The guy (must be the owner) asked me too many questions with an attitude.

I do not recommend their fingerprinting service. The kiosk is poorly setup, the staff have no ability to troubleshoot and the overall process leaves much to be desired.

The owner is rude. He talks over women. He has now two times irritated me with the talking over and interruption. I will drive out of my way to not go back here.

I just came out of this UPS store in Stringtown in Clarksburg, and I found it incredibly difficult to get the worker there to acknowledge my presence or even speak to me. I chose to ask him how he was doing today he cut me off with a very short “fine” but was clearly already rude with me. Even his “have a good day at the ends was forced. Not sure what caused him to feel I wasn’t worthy of being treated so rudely.especially as I stood there for 2 minutes waiting to be treated but He offered no greeting jsut stuck a hand out in my direction as he got off the phone as if to summon me. Then said nothing at the register as I asked what does he need from me. He just stood hand out and offers no explanation.My observation: (I challenge this store to review the tapes ) - Things thatt I notice in the store at the time was that he was very happy to speak to the other three patrons inside , they were all white (appear white customers) also and not wearing masks. My daughter and I were the only two wearing masks but that’s because I’m work in healthcare environemnt and I’m consistently exposed to various illnesses and choose not to exposed to everyone else. The store was not busy. There were less than 3 people at any given time in the store but I got to witness 5 transactions. My was notice it different in attitude and response from The store clerk.The facts are if you’re looking for a UPS store with solid customers service and a positive experience, this is not the UPS store for you this UPS store remains consistently only good for a quick drop off and what not the gentleman behind the counter is consistently in consistently, rude, or pleasurable based on who is inside

very ill responsible, the staff put the label in the wrong package, and cost me to pay another shipping cost, an di have to go there many times to sort out the confusion, and still they said there is nothing they can do, cause they are just a drop off center. I have to paid twice, so I will not use their service if I don't have to.

Worst in area.don’t forget to take receipt after dropping amazon package. they steal.also different demands every time like box is missing, label is missing even know though there is shipment code.

I normally have boxes & tubes 50 or more. They just scan my labels for drop-offs and i'm outta there in less then 2 mins.Good service

Excuse me sir, to update you, Converse is Not Amazon. It was dropped and the package never moved in transit so tell me who is at fault?? The package was left with YOU and went missing and never recovered (this is besides Amazon issue which btw I never got reimbursed for the cream which was what I was concerned about as it wasn't showing in my returns and had to call them. I fully understand how it works but the Converse package was lost on YOUR watch no one else is accountable. However it's really revealing your lack of addressing your own rude behavior in how you spoke to me on the phone. I didn't comment at all at the lady's appearance, I said she looked miserable because of YOU working there. Don't mince my words. Your lack of professionalism is clearly showing by this poor response to a customer. Beyond that you literally charged my husband for a piece of TAPE on a another occasion. You need to greatly improve your customer service skills. Don't worry I will not be bringing you my business any longer. Smh.
