When I went there, it was pretty dead. The store didn't have lots of new selections, and the price was not that competitive. I can get the same price from Northstrom Rack/Macy's or any of the other big brands' stores at different promotions.

12/9 at 2:11pm wrost customer services, bought 2 boots and 2 socks told the cashier twice need separate receipt before she started scanning, she never stop talking to her college about last night, she never paid attention when I spoke to her, of course she got mad when she had to deleted and scan again ? asked her returned policy, she said check your receipt, next person I haven't even finished pushing my boxes to the side no even said thank you rolling her eyes on me while bubbles her gum, I didn'tsaid anything just walk away recept said Jaime as her name? But she didn't wear her name tag young middle 20's African American long lashes, long curly hair

On Saturday 11/26 at around 8pm I had a terrible Interaction with one of the store associates. I understand they were probably tired from working on Black Friday weekend however the rudeness and attitude and humiliation was completely unacceptable. I was looking to potentially purchase 5 pairs of shoes that evening and ended up walking out of the store empty handed. There was an employee that was organizing the inventory and was answering any questions I had at first. After some time, this other associate comes by and was chatting it up with the first employee. I had grabbed one of the shoes and she rudely says “EXCUSE ME” and rolls her eyes. I replied Excuse me and she again rudely replied “We standing right here”. I tell her I grabbing the shoe that I was about to ask for. She replied “OKAY?” With an attitude and just nastily again. At this time I put the shoe back and walked out of the store. My sister was still in the store and over heard this employee laughing and mocking me saying I was the rude one. I requested to speak with a manager and it turns out she is a manager. I’ll stick to ordering online and will never be returning to support this store. If they have cameras this whole interaction would be found on camera.

I was so happy to find the latest Ugg styles and a ton of different sizes. I tried on several pairs and the service was great. The salespeople were so helpful in finding styles and sizes that I needed. I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy, but ended up with a cute short black boot with grey fur around the top. I really wanted to match my granddaughters, but the shoes didn't fit me properly. I am very happy with my purchase and they are so comfortable. They were 30 percent off, which felt like a real deal. I almost bought a baby pair for my grandson, but it is hard to choose a size for an infant. They also have cute socks and sweatshirts too. I highly recommend this store and I can't wait to wear my new Ugg boots.

The staff is quite rude. My daughter and I were gently looking and pulled a stack of boxes forward. Doug rudely asked what we were doing then exclaimed to the shoppers around us that we were destroying the entire store. I will not shop here again.

It was my first time in this store and Doug was soo helpful getting me all the good deals! I also got assistance from JJ when i called the store and she was very polite and knowledgeable! Great customer service yall! We need more people like JJ and Doug in the retail world!

Had a decent shopping experience here although many items were out of stock. I was looking for a specific slipper I saw online and an employee overheard my conversation and actually walked me over to the item. If she had not stepped in I probably would’ve walked out without realizing they were there! I will say that besides her and a Latino male employee no one else seemed to be attentive to guests. That was disappointing to see but not surprising given the holiday retail season.
