Can’t believe how terrible the customer service was. I liked a white bag and went up to the register to pay for it. The lady said she’s gonna grab a new one from the back. She brought a “new bag” and it was a completely different cheaper bag when I checked. Thank god I checked if not who knows if they would’ve let me return it cuz they scanned the bag that I initially handed them. Be aware and check what you purchase. They need to do better when people are using hundreds of dollars to purchase these bags.
Few weeks before when I went there. They made me wait in line for almost 15 mins and won’t let me in because they didn’t have a “attendant” to help me out. I have eyes I can look at it myself. I will come to you if I have questions. I don’t need someone following me around the store. They need to do better

Shirley Moss, was very helpful to accommodate my needs, very kind and nice lady. She helps customers with lots of smile. She was amazing. People like Shirley deserves promotion and a raise by Tory Burch. Thank you Shirley. Best wishes!

I completely understand the importance of crowd control for better management. However, while waiting in line, I noticed that despite 24 people leaving the store, only a few were allowed in. Considering it was a busy Saturday, additional staff should have been scheduled to meet customer needs. The excuse provided didn't meet our expectations. Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager, Elissa Jackson, she dismissed me and even threatened to expel me from the store. Despite maintaining a professional demeanor, she abruptly ended the conversation and suggested I contact corporate, which I intend to do. If corporate is reviewing these reviews, I kindly request them to reach out to me for further discussion.

For some reason I initially hesitated to go in, I didn’t think they would have what I was looking for, but the sales associate was really really nice and she helped me find the perfect bag. I was really impressed by the service of everyone there.

It’s ok. Been to a lot of TB stores and outlets. The annoying thing is that they wouldn’t let me into the store until a stylist was assigned(?). So I got assigned one and never saw her again. So I just put back the things I was going to buy and left.

Ive visited this Tory Burch store numerous of times, but yesterday was by far the worst experience. I was not greeted, nor assisted when browsing. The store manager and associates seemed shuffled and not in-tuned. When I got to the cash register to check out I asked a question regarding how to clean the material of my purse because the material is one that smudges easily.When I asked for any recommendations the manager replied “I’m not sure”. I was taken back by this response as you are a manager at a high end boutique and you don’t know how to clean the very bags that you are selling? I don’t know if they are under new management, but I suggest they adjust their customer service because this is a bad look on the T.B. Brand. From the looks of it other reviewers have shared the same sentiments.

I did not like idea three MANGERS were talking and laughing in their own language that is VERY RUDE. HOWEVER, THEY CONTINUE ON TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF ME AND EMPLOYEES. THIS MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY AT CASH REGISTER. NOT PROFESSIONAL

I have always thought of Tory Burch products as classic and elegant. Today, I had the chance to visit their Clarksburg store. The people who work there were helpful and friendly. I was greeted warmly and offered assistance when I needed it. They had a beautiful selection of shoes, bags, and accessories. I liked a particular handbag for my daughter and daughter in law. But, the price point was bit higher than I expected. The store was crowded and well stocked. So, if you are looking for something special, it is a good place to visit.

Very rude sales associates. The store wasn't even closed yet but they wouldn't let people in because they were "closing in 10 minutes." Meanwhile I see other stores don't have this ridiculous policy, go somewhere else. They obviously don't care about customers.
