Coming from California the outlet is small, but it has a nice variety of shops and the area is nicely kept. I try to stop by when I am in the area and have found good deals on winter items.

They have so many stores. My favorite is still Arundel Mills, because it's indoor. Hagerstown, National Harbor, and CLARKSBURG outlet are all outdoor. Today's freezing, which is good, very light today. Not many customers.

Visited the store on Friday evening, an hour before closing and was so happily surprised at how kind the two employees were. I wish I caught their names because they were so helpful, patient and amazing amazing customer service manners!!!! Will visit again for sure!
