“I wanted to give a shout out to Alexis Mrozinskas, the manager of this location. I live all the way in New Hampshire and had an issue with the New Balance Factory store here and somehow Alexis got involved and she was so kind and helped me resolve my issue when workers at the store in New Hampshire were unwilling to help. Her customer service was over the top great, I can only imagine how good her employees are. I would rather be able to go to this store then my own!”

“Very nice shoe center. There are multiple brands and some good deals and discounts also. I went on black Friday sale, so there were add-on discounts. You can find multiple brands over here, there are some in-house brands also which are of good quality. Do check this place out once.The best part of this place is the store services, we were not comfortable with one pair of shoes, so we returned it after one-day use. And they accepted it and refunded the amount.”

“I had the honor of dealing with one of the associates named Lauren in Johnston Murphy store located in Clarksburg Maryland. I was sent an email regarding some promotions for holiday season, I called to make sure the date of said promotion. Lauren took my call and assisted me with great friendliness and professionalism. I stopped by the store a few times and eventually purchased two pairs of shoes. Throughout this purchasing process, Lauren remained professional, patient and helpful. “I was so happy to find the latest Ugg styles and a ton of different sizes. I tried on several pairs and the service was great. The salespeople were so helpful in finding styles and sizes that I needed. I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy, but ended up with a cute short black boot with grey fur around the top. I really wanted to match my granddaughters, but the shoes didn't fit me properly. I am very happy with my purchase and they are so comfortable. They were 30 percent off, which felt like a real deal. I almost bought a baby pair for my grandson, but it is hard to choose a size for an infant. They also have cute socks and sweatshirts too. I highly recommend this store and I can't wait to wear my new Ugg boots.”
