Amazing Pharmacy. I can’t say enough. First the staff greets you immediately as you walk through the door so kind. Secondly, the knowledge the pharmacist and her staff have is great. Thirdly, I take a lot of medication and I have never had to go without any of my medicine. I will never go anywhere else. I could continue going on and on. Love this place.

Beware! This pharmacy which we had never used before, called to say an RX from a Dermatologist was ready. The manager was told we did not want the RX and to cancel it and we would not be picking it up. In reviewing our quarterly statement from our insurance company we noticed that this pharmacy had billed the insurance company $434.91, and then again for a refill 30 days later. They claimed it was a computer glitch! This matter was only addressed after our Insurance company called the Pharmacy to complain. We have to wonder how many other customers have experienced this. I urge everyone to check their insurance statements from their providers.We would never use or recommend this pharmacy.

Hannah, Mercy, and the staff at ProCare Pharmacy are amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgable. ProCare goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of with little to no wait and provides impeccable customer service. I've used a dozen pharmacies before finding ProCare and will never go anywhere else again.

So I have received J&J vaccine previously as a first dose and to get the booster I went to procare pharmacy on friday(Dec 3rd). I have received Pfizer as booster but the pharmacist on duty gave me double the dose(0.6 ml) normal booster shot is 0.3 ml, saying person who got J & J as first dose are required to get booster as double the dose as per CDC guidelines. She also wrote it on my vaccination card. I didn't find any evidence on CDC about this dose and I went there today and she has given me #CDC guideline paper which has completely different details that was misunderstood by the pharmacist and they have accepted it was a mistake. I would not go there at all. I am not the only one who received it, there are many folks who got the double dose. I would request all to reach out them and ask them to file the report (at VAERS). please ask for the confirmation for filling as well....?
