Unfortunately my shopping experience felt very discriminatory which ultimately discouraged me from making additional purchases. While shopping a tall African decent gentleman dressed in full jean attire (jacket and jeans) was very vague in his responses when my husband and I attempted to ask questions. We further attempted to ask this gentleman for assistance with accessing the fitting room as there was not an attendant inside to open a fitting room door. The gentleman simply walked over with a very unpleasant attitude and said there’s someone in there he will help you and walked away.I had additional questions regarding the attire I chose for size exchange but I refrained from asking him due to his dismissive attitude. Shortly after my fitting room experience I noticed the same salesperson was very welcoming and attentive to 2 other shoppers offering assistance, carrying clothing, smiling and interacting answering all their questions. Another attendant named Null provided assistance and I must say he was EXTREMELY PLEASANT, very personable and friendly. When we approached the cashier we stood behind a gentleman in line and the cashier assisted the gentleman in front of us, yet told us in a very scolding tone to please move to the other end of the line which appeared to be the entrance. HOWEVER HE WAITED ON THE GENTLEMAN IN FRONT OF US ALSO STANDING AT THE INCORRECT END OF THE LINE. Once finally waited on I looked over and that same cashier continued waiting on customers appearing to line up at the incorrect end of the line and he never redirected them (the cashier was a young man, short with curly long shoulder length hair) The items I was attempting to purchase I actually needed a smaller size but I chose to leave the suit and purchase the 1 item because I did not want for any further assistance with a smaller size. It felt very much like this store was not welcoming to African American shoppers even rejected by the African American sales persons. VERY SAD, WILL NEVER RETURN!!

First time at the outlets. Good stores with a good variety of discounts. Went into polo and was automatically greeted by a young man named Alfonso. Very polite and helped me pick out a good gift for my wife. 10/10 would come back.

Absolutely loved my visit to Clarksburg location yesterday. Every employee greeted and offered assistance. I was assisted by Diana who is a true gem. She helped me shop for my husband who is tall, my toddler and myself. She was so patient and extremely helpful with pairing and sizing outfits. I was very happy with my overall experience and most especially Diana's help. I took the time to express my experience with a manager on staff as I wanted to be sure that they knew they had a solid team. I am so happy to know that in Polo Ralph Lauren Clarksburg everyone goes above and beyond for all its customers. Also I wanted to give a shoutout to Khalil, he helped me with checkout and was wonderful. Thank you Diana, Khalil and to the rest of the staff that worked yesterday. I hope corporate sees this and knowledges this wonderful location.

Unfortunately I have to write a review as I had a double-bad experience with this store.I have bought a couple of clothes during the black Friday week. The quality in general of the products declined in my opinion a lot compared to the years before (I am usually buying a lot of RL products). The socks I bought have a hole after using it two months the shirts I have bought shortened after washing it twice.I tried to bring this up in the store but they mentioned there is no way to return it as the products were washed once.Sorry that was the last time that I have bought something in your store!
