I love passion nail spa. My nail tech Andy does such a wonderful job every time.I love the color choices, the service is amazing. I have been going here for months,and definitely worth the drive.

My daughter had her nails done at this place and the service is horrible. They are quick to take your money but when there are issues, they suddenly don’t speak English and the manager is no where to be found. The clear coat turned yellow in less than 48 hours. See below for the quality of work they do.I would suggest taking the extra time to drive to Germantown/Urbana/Gaithersburg for services.I wish there was a way to give “0” stars…Services: Nail art

i wish i can give no stars, the owner or whoever he is , is very rude & disrespectful. when i first walked into the salon he came off rude. there was a misunderstanding about the prices & he thought it was okay to get loud & talk to me any type of way. he is very disrespectful & unprofessional, he talked about me to his client he was servicing , making rude statements & just giving bad business in general. My nails are ok i just won’t be going to that salon, nor do i recommend going there. i should of listened to the bad reviews they already got though.Services: Pedicure

Nail tech Kevin is the worst. He’s very loud and obnoxious. He is unskilled if you want anything that’s not basic Next he yelled and screamed because he got mad I didn’t like something he did but didn’t know how to do. $200 job with. $40 quality. The nails are messy polish not cleaned up along the cuticles. It was horrible.The only other time I tried this place Andy did my nails. Really nice but drilled my nails so much they were sore for days.The pedicure lady is really nice tho. The place is clean but it’s no way I’ll ever go back.Services: Pedicure

Kevin is the best nail tech. My dip manicures last 5+ weeks and my nails are extremely strong/healthy. He always shapes my nails exactly as I want, great schedule availability.

This place is top notch! Great value, A+++ service, and very clean! The owner here has thought of everything to make a wonderful customer experience. Kevin and Andy and the entire team are very thorough and detail oriented. My manicure lasts over THREE WEEKS!! They go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend!

When in for a wax. It was torture, the only male in there was very heavy handed. I was so glad to pay and get out I didn't notice that one side of my face was done. I went back the next day and they said they were too busy, come back tomorrow. Went the next day and he(only guy working in there) said he would have to charge me. Poor service and POOR customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am not one to complain but if I can save anyone else from wasting their money, I will. I have been to this place a few times. This is not my normal nail salon of choice but I go here out of convenience since it is close to home. The last time I was there, went in for a polish change on my toes where the woman rushed so much that she cut me. I never complained, paid and went on my way. I chalked it up to one bad experience and gave them another chance. I went a few days ago, and there were only 2 people working there. The same woman was in the pedicure chair watching her phone and pretty rudely asked what I needed done and motioned for me to go sit down. Without a hello or anything she just began working on my nails. She then stopped, propped up her phone (she also had AirPods in), and began watching something on her phone WHILE continuing to work on my nails. I thought this was odd but just kept quiet. Not even a minute later, she takes her phone and starts texting and smirking. I was frustrated at this point and while I could have been extremely rude, I asked her nicely to please continue to do my nails since that was what I was there for and she looked at me, threw her phone down and proceeded to grab my hand. I was so beside myself with her reaction. I immediately looked over at the man working there and asked for him to finish my nails because I wasn't going to deal with her and her attitude. She walked away, ranting in her language and went back to her pedicure chair where she continued watching her phone. I was pretty upset to say the least. I paid for my services and left but felt like something needed to be said so I went back in and asked to speak with her since she had already gone to the back. She came back out and seemed like a completely different person smiling and saying hi to me. I asked her if she realized how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful that was and she kept telling me that she wasn't mad. She also said that she asked me if she could text (which she never did) but even so I told her I was there to pay for a service and she not once, but twice was using her phone in the middle of doing my nails. All I was looking for was an apology and she said she refused to apologize. I have told anyone who will listen to not visit this establishment. I could not believe this experience. I went through and read all the reviews and totally understand why there are so many bad ones. Please note this is the Clarksburg location.!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife visited here on 3 separate occasions only out of convenience to our home. Each visit the service was awful but she gave them a chance anyway. This last time will be her last as she experienced a very unprofessional and angry employee who was also condescending. Do yourself a favor and believe all of these 1 star reviews. #yelpMDburbs

My mom and sisters went into this salon the other day to get mani pedis for a big event. My sisters were treated very sweetly but my mom got atrocious treatment. My mom's technician was shamelessly cold to her, ignoring everything she said and rushing through her services. The entire manicure took about 10 minutes and the technician didn't even apply top coat so the whole thing looked extremely unfinished and as if I did it at home. The worst part was that the technician was openly having kind and polite conversations with other customers while she rudely worked on my mom. It's clear she picks favorites and decides who gets treated well and who doesn't. Not to mention that the prices are high end for absolutely mediocre rushed work and they didn't even use wrap or clean the pedicure baths between clients. I called them to discuss the experience with Christina and she lied saying that my family did not have an appointment with them and I must be confusing locations before she hung up on me. This place has gone so horribly downhill that I would give 0 stars if possible. We are not returning.Services: Manicures

Nothing special about this place and I felt like the nail lady could’ve done better by really listening and understanding as to what I wanted as her customer. Gaslighting exists in nail business too who knew ??♀️Also don’t talk about ur experience you had at another nail place with ur nail lady here I didn’t know this was the thing or maybe she was just being arrogant or didn’t wanted to listen to me at all. It was my first time there and I was hoping that it will become my regular place since I live close by.Services: Manicures
