I use to go to the Clarksburg Outlet store to bought jeans and other stuff for Levi’s and yesterday I go there to buy a present for my mom’s birthday and it was a really disappointed experience, nobody help me out to found what I wanted!! As soon as I get inside the store it feels like instead of being welcome I was bother them with my presence! And when I reach to one of the store workers, he was listening to something in his EarPods and looked at me like: why you’re talking to me?…I cordially asked for some help to found what I’m looking for and he answered just pointing to the place I was already looking and say: all that we have is there and left immediately without give me the chance to explain that I know it’s there but I can’t reach it because it was in the top shelves. I left without buying anything and I Hope somebody do anything about there customer service because it really sucks and you’re going to lose a lot of customers

The tall black male with the faded designs in his hair working 12/20 between 6-8pm was god awful. I asked him a question about a jacket and I even said sorry to bother him, and he just stood there staring at me in silence, until a min later he said NO WE DONT HAVE THAT, rolled his eyes and continued stocking clothes…….I was going to let it go but his cold death stare is still haunting me as I got home haha…..I went to a few other stores that night and everyone else was so nice and helpful… . Happy Holidays Everyone, thank you to all the nice customer service people out there, we appreciate you guys (don’t forget to blink lol.)

When I went with my family I had really high expectations and I went with my grandmother who was visiting from another country. We were right at the front of the store where the men’s shirts were, there was already a huge mess when we got there and even fixed some of the shirts that were everywhere. I was shopping to send gifts for my family members so we were looking and contacting them (in our native language) to see which ones they liked. Everything was fine until this woman with a hijabi whose name I don’t know because the assistant manager refused to give but I believe they called her sheila, came where we were shopping and she started to fix and fold some shirts. We didn’t think too much of it and continued to shop on the other side of the table, but every time we would move she would start to follow us and move to the same side. We would move every time from where she was to not bother her or be in her way but she would continuously follow us and stared at us every time we would try to touch a shirt, mind you every shirt we would grab were the ones we were going to buy and if we didn’t like them we would fold them and put them back. It came to a point that we were really uncomfortable and I was talking to my mom that was in front of me and my grandmother was next to me. I just felt a presence behind me and my mom tells me it was that woman. I turned around and saw that woman pretty much trying to yank a shirt that my grandmother was holding. I asked her what happened and she said somewhere in the words that if I need a size or shirt to let her know and to pretty much stop touching the shirt so we wouldn’t make a mess in a very rude and arrogant manner. I told her it was fine, we can manage on our own. I was going to leave it as that because I didn’t want to make a scene but after that she went on the other side of the table and pretty much recorded us or took a picture I’m not sure what she did I just saw her pull up her phone and pointed her phone right at us and continue to side eyes and stare when we were shopping or talked in our native language. We decided to stop shopping and just pay what we had because we were so uncomfortable. I requested to talk to a manager and they said that the manager left early so the assistant manager came, he just listened to what I had to say and then that woman just denied everything and left. The assistant manager left in the middle of the conversation and came back and didn’t do anything. I asked when or how I could contact the manager and they said it wasn’t possible because the manager was going on vacation. I just hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future, especially elderly people because this freaked my grandmother out. They should be trained better because nobody is forcing them to work, they are the ones that applied for the job, if they don’t want to work they can just call off instead of making the environment so uncomfortable. I hope she accomplished whatever her goal was and hopefully she can sleep at night knowing how bad of a person she is and doesn’t regret or feel guilt of her actions.

These people HATE life ? The 2 women working today (6/4/23) need to just quit. They are miserable! The ONLY person who spoke was the manager. The chick with short, buzzcut blonde hair acted as if her conversation was more important than helping customers. Even when we asked to use the dressing room, she acted like she was too good to speak. It's a Levi's Outlet store, how are you too good to speak to customers?! Don't waste your time here...

Great staff that kept up with it's customers as the place got busy! Recommended different styles and cuts and made sure everyone had what they need from a different size to opening of a fitting room. Great guy behind the cash register too! Enjoyed our chat! Sunday afternoon 4/2/23. Well organized and clean.

I was told that I couldn’t exchange my items I purchased online. Was told I could only do that online since it was an online purchase. I told the gentleman that isn’t what the website shows and he says we’ll show me because that isn’t their policy. So I pulled it up online and showed him and he still said he couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the same items even though 2 of the items were right there on the shelf. I said I would exchange the other items for different jeans and he said I would have to pay the difference and I was ok with that. Spent over $400 on jeans but the people in the store and he said he was assistant manager won’t help except to issue a credit which I didn’t want. Will definitely be ordering jeans from a different store and never going back to the outlets. Even got an attitude when I asked who his manager was.

Probably the worest Levi's store I have ever been to. Staff never even bothered to greet us or check on us. The staff in fitting room gives you an attitude all the time. Decided to purchase online even though it costs extra dollars.

Unfortunately they close half an hour before they officially close! We came here at 8:30pm and Google states they close at 9pm. They need to either update their store hours online or ensure they remain open until their closing time.
