The guy that behaves like a zombie is in the wrong line of work, he has zero customer service skills, his appearance, presentation and odor of cigarette smoke makes him unapproachable. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Nusrat & Maria helped me out alot in the store! I couldn’t find a good style and they helped me with sizes and styles They were very kind and respectful and helpful! Will definitely ask for them when i come back because they were super nice, 10/10 customer support!

The tall guy there, that I’m assuming is the manager “David” everyone is speaking of. Was not just rude but SCARY!!! His death stare when asked for a simple dressing room still haunts me!!! I visited this location Saturday, August the 16th 2025 around 8:20pm. I asked for a dressing room and his death glare was SADISTIC!! I left, went to Loft brought my damn pants!!! BECAUSE they had EXCELLENT customer service and I definitely did tell them why I was there instead of Levi’s. They said and I quote “yea people always say how harsh they are there”. Im definitely going to corporate with this one!! FIRE THAT CREEP!!! (For more details, he is pretty tall (which also makes it worse when he stares at you like he wants to harm you!) he is a black male (as a black person also Idgaf about race HE IS CREEPY REGARDLESS OF COLOR!) with unkept hair and raggedy looking clothing.)

Store was quite disorganized. I arrived just as they opened at 10am and shelves were in disarray. Very limited sizes in most styles I was interested in. I was prepared to buy 6 to 8 jeans but only left with 3 due to the limited sizes. The lady with a headscarf who checked me out at the end was rude and abrupt. I tried to use a discount code I had received from Levi’s via email but she kept trying to convince me that the code didn’t work. When I refused to accept her response, she filled out a new member signup in the store and gave me the 10% discount I was trying to use. She had a bad attitude the whole time. Very disappointed with this shopping experience.

The “manager” at this store called David shouldn’t have such a position when he doesn’t like to be around people. This person was rude the entire time, was giving mean stares while he was checking out my items when I did not do anything to him. Besides personality, I think personal hygiene should be a MUST when representing a store. He looks extremely dirty. Horrible management, horrible experience. Do NOT recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is too much.

I use to go to the Clarksburg Outlet store to bought jeans and other stuff for Levi’s and yesterday I go there to buy a present for my mom’s birthday and it was a really disappointed experience, nobody help me out to found what I wanted!! As soon as I get inside the store it feels like instead of being welcome I was bother them with my presence! And when I reach to one of the store workers, he was listening to something in his EarPods and looked at me like: why you’re talking to me?…I cordially asked for some help to found what I’m looking for and he answered just pointing to the place I was already looking and say: all that we have is there and left immediately without give me the chance to explain that I know it’s there but I can’t reach it because it was in the top shelves. I left without buying anything and I Hope somebody do anything about there customer service because it really sucks and you’re going to lose a lot of customers

The tall black male with the faded designs in his hair working 12/20 between 6-8pm was god awful. I asked him a question about a jacket and I even said sorry to bother him, and he just stood there staring at me in silence, until a min later he said NO WE DONT HAVE THAT, rolled his eyes and continued stocking clothes…….I was going to let it go but his cold death stare is still haunting me as I got home haha…..I went to a few other stores that night and everyone else was so nice and helpful… . Happy Holidays Everyone, thank you to all the nice customer service people out there, we appreciate you guys (don’t forget to blink lol.)
