I always like stopping by here when visiting the mall. The staff at this location are always extremely helpful and friendly. When I couldn't find the size I needed, they helped me order it and send it to the store (within days). Special kudos to Almeta who went above and behind in helping me. Definitely one of my top stores in this entire mall. Always a must to visit.

J. Crew Factory is located at Clarksburg Outlets. It is a well stocked store. It has the latest merchandise for men and women. Plenty of free parking.

This young lady standing in the front section folding clothes made me never wanna come back to this store ever again. Me and my family(5 people) walked in to the store, she literally stared at us for over 5 seconds, didn’t said a thing. I didn’t made a big deal out of it until another couple walked in behind us and she walked right passed my parents and smiled and said hi to the customers behind us. Don’t wanna use that word but it’s very obvious.

Me and my family(5 people) walked in to the store, she literally stared at us for over 5 seconds, didn’t said a thing. I didn’t made a big deal out of it until another couple walked in behind us and she walked right passed my parents and smiled and said hi to the customers behind us. Don’t wanna use that word but it’s very obvious.
