Showed up at 10 am per their site and it’s not open. Stayed for 20 mins waiting and still not open by the time I left. Keep in mind, their website says 10am. If that is not the correct hours, then change the site.

Call before you go here to make sure they are open. I drove to the outlets specifically to go to GNC, arrived 30 minutes after they were supposed to open but they were still closed.

People there are helpful, prices are okay. Too bad GNC shut down so many locations. I have to drive a bit to get there.

Rarely do reviews but the service here was abysmal. Will not return.When I entered four employees were huddled around doing nothing. They said they just started and were training and one was a friend.The fourth employee was checking out a woman for an online order. There seemed to be confusion about how to discount and she wound up asking to just cancel the order. The cashier told her it was canceled. After she walked out he said it wasnt canceled and he is not gonna do that for her, she would have to do that herself. I proceeded to checkout and asked to use my points to which I received a confused response. They claim they are unable to see my point status or make me aware of when promotional sales end. Every question I asked the response was for me to basically check my account online. All fine and good but gnc should just have automated checkout at this point. The employees exhibited no value added and have entitled attitudes. Was disturbed that the other lady was blatantly lied to about cancellation for an order that was easily over $100. This is a case of lord of the flies. Teens running the store with no real care or standards. I will not return to this location and remember why I avoided gnc.

Went to this store ant the outlets and immediately greeted by two associates, (Jordan and Sam) they were very knowledgeable about the products. I came in for creatine and pre workout but didn’t know that there were different types. The young man explained the differences and benefits from each creatine monohydrate and hydrochloride. Very fascinating that the beyond raw products are clinically dosed and micronized for faster absorption. Jordan was very helpful with this information along with his new associate Sam! I left with two amp strength vitapaks and a beyond raw Lit pre workout which I received additional promos for taking advarange of what they call GNC routines which gives me 10% off going forward each time I receive the products. Excellent customer service skills and I highly recommend this location!

Jordan is an excellent salesman! He made our experience very pleasant and educated us about the Pro (premium?) Program and gave us the option to enroll in Routines. We will definitely be back to this GNC and we look forward to being assisted by Jordan (and his smile!).

Today’s 26/11 at 7:30 pm your cashier insulted me discriminated me he said he speaks better English than me, I wanted to buy several products I had already taken them brought them to the cash desk to pay but in Listening to my African accent he said suddenly he can not cash me, Because I told him that I think he made a mistake when he explained to me the discounts in progress he became very aggressive threatening me , to get out of the shop otherwise he would call security, I asked him to call because I don't know what I did wrong and I would really like to know ???I left because I had other things to do.i would have been really offended i came home so i drove over an hour just to give my parents presents

Would leave 10 stars if we could! Our first time inside of a GNC store immediately as we walk in we’re greeted with an energetic smiling individual young man named Jordan, he went above and beyond helping us put together the perfect supplements and multi vitamins that fit our needs. We usually shop at vitamin shop and the staff there just seems unmotivated but the gentleman that helped us at gnc (Jordan) really gave off the impression that it wasn’t just a job for him. He really had a passion for helping us and wasn’t pushy at all when it came to particular brands. We became gnc members and will be back!

There hours are incorrect the are suppose to be open until 8pm went yesterday to pick up my order at 7:30pm they are closed went today at 6:30pm and they are closed. They should update there hours because it wrong to say your open and your not.

Don't waste your time trying to come here. I drove all the way out here around 12pm on a Sunday only to find it closed with a note on the door saying they'll be back at 2pm. I came back the next day around 6pm only to find them closed again, this time with no note, when their hours say they're open until 8. I'm not sure if I'm just unlucky or if they're never open, but I'm not about to waste a 3rd trip to find out.
