Unfortunately the one staff that was there when there was no other customer in the store didn't even attempt at helping us(aug.15, 2023 12pm est). The oddest experience I had at a retail store.

Good chance to find comfortable shoes in this store. Have visited the store many times over the years and had different experiences from very good, to very poor customer service. The latest visit prompted this review because we were the only customers in the store with two sales people, one of which was busy in the back and one was busy checking her phone. We ended up looking for the size of shoes we needed ourselves and bought some just because we did not have time to go somewhere else. The sales people did not earn their pay on this occasion. Hope ECCO addresses this situation.

Ecco are the best shoes, for both men and women. Trustworthy brand. The store is perfect, and we got very kind and professional help locating what we wanted. Comprehensive selection for both men and women. So happy with my new waterproof hiking boots, and also all terrain summer hiking shoes.

I should probably give them no star as we went there twice, and they closed 15mins early. It says they close at 7 pm on Sundays but, there were already closed at 6:45PM on Sunday. SMH!
