This CVS is horrible the pharmacist is not friendly. They Don't care that your life-saving medicine is not there. No phone call to tell you we can't get it for days. Just horrible.

The customer service at this CVS is excellent! In a world where customer service seems to be dying I am always so happy when I leave this store! All of the staff are friendly and SO helpful especially with coupons and helping with the app!

Staff in the Pharmacy are ignorant, Im in pain and have a prescription ( Motrin) from the dentist, They would not accept it because it was a photo copy, They told me to call the Dentist, I called them on speaker phone and they said they have never had a problem with this before, They then took my prescription and told me to tell the dentist that they needed to call in on the doctors line. I guess in order to make things harder or punish me for being in pain and needing meds, A time before that I needed a list of medications for my mom who is bed ridded. I get her meds all the time with no ID or any documentation, So when I asked for the list of meds they said they could not do that and I needed a Power of attorney showing I can get this information. So I go all the way back home to get the document and the only thing this Pharmacist looks at is the signature page which only has a signature on it, She did not look to even see what the document was. It seems that they just want to make my life harder. I can only think of one thing, and that is because I am Black. My daughter and I seem to have to go the extra mile to get things done there and that's the only reason I can come up with for why we have to deal with such poor service and a lack of respect

I want to extend many thanks and pleasantries to the CVS Pharmacist staff, namely Gardi Joshi and Armineh. I was dealing with a dire situation with as my previous pharmacy was no longer going to be handling certain medications. After visiting a few local pharmacy’s, and being very frustrated, visited the Gosnell Farm location in Clarksburg, Md. I spoke with Pharmacist Gardi Joshi and Armineh and explained my situation along with the medications that I am currently taking. Part of my medications were the result of a workplace injury and through Workmen’s Compensation. After presenting my situation, and a few misunderstood issues, we managed to work out a solution. They both went above and beyond their busy work days to make and receive phone calls for approvals. Being overly frustrated at the approval Workmen’s Compensation insurance approval process, I was in the verge of giving up, but these two CVS staff members worked with me through the process and those particular medications were approved. I decided to switch all of my medications to this location simply because of the two very friendly staff members. I have the opportunity to watch them work as I am picking up my medications and they are alway very busy, yet friendly and knowledgeable. They both, along with the other pharmacy staff should be recognized and greatly rewarded for them going above the norm to try to satisfy every single customer. Thank you guys

This pharmacy took over two weeks to fill my prescription two months in a row. The pharmacists had no answers when asked when my prescriptions would come in or why they were always late or out of stock. Terrible customer service. Staff always seems to be busy with anything other than working with the customers.

Called the pharmacy for some information on my prescription. As soon as they picked up, I was put on hold for about 5-7 mins. Then a lady (voice sounded middle aged with a slight accent) picked up... before answering all my questions she apparently exited my profile screen so she says "oh I deleted your screen and I have other customers so I can't answer that now." Seriously?! I'm your current customer who is talking to you! I waited when you put me on hold. Terrible customer service and inefficient.
