This shoe store specifically has really good customer service and all of the employees are nice and whenever I pick up my shoes from here or I get them delivered there’s never anything wrong with them but the Clarksburg outlet is the best store there is and it’s a clean store

Similar to other reviews about the youngsters working at this store here. I went in on a Sunday & I was never offered help. They all just stood around & watch me go around in circles. When I asked a question about online purchases the girl cut me off & said she didn’t know. Might as well have said she didn’t know & didn’t care. Didn’t even offer to help me with a bit of online purchase info.Then she said have a good day & slid the bag so hard across the table it almost fell & ran off to continue talking to her coworkers. Now Journeys & Rack Rooms? Totally different story. The kids run to the door to greet you with a smile. Your employees should take notes.

Super frustrating store to visit. I went in on Saturday and was informed as soon as i opened the door that they would be closing an hour earlier than their posted size due to staffing issues. I can understand that but there seemed to be 3-4 employees running around so it felt like a bogus excuse.So I tried to find my crocs quickly to get out before close but their stock seemed pretty barebones and every time i asked if they had a size or color in the back i got big sighs and eye rolls. Eventually I got tired of this back and forth and left.Morale of the story: just go to Rackroom or Journeys, they’re a couple of stores down from Crocs and they don’t treat you like a burden when you ask them to do their jobs.

theres a great selection of shoes and they're so comfy and cute! the staff is friendly and professional. i love my new crocs and gibbets. ill definitely return!

Probably the worst experience shopping at the Clarksburg outlet. Ariana is probably the rudest staff member I've encounter in a long time. Totally understand when you can't do certain things totally get it stores have policies but to mumble about customers and use profanity is totally uncalled for... when you can buy virtually everything online providing good and respecting your patrons is key to ensuring your store stays open. Long story short be kind to your customers if they don't want to purchases from you because your rude more than likely your store will be one of those that ends up closing from lack of production.

I’ve been inside of this Crocs store twice as a customer in my life. Last week to purchase merchandise with my family and today to exchange an item for the right size. Today I have been harassed and the police called on me. unbeknownst to myself and my family, my old fling is the store manager there. This store manager, Bree Brubach, decided to have one of her employees text me personally saying that I am not allowed to come into the store. Mind you, I hadn’t the slightest idea that she was an employee there, let alone the manager. She gave one of her employees my personal information and when asked for their district manager’s information as to lodge a complaint, myself and my significant other were sandbagged at every turn. We arrived to the store to get ahold of the information, and made it clear that that’s all we were there for and the police were called on me. The police specified that they did not have to trespass me from the store but I opted to do that I could have the incident in file with the MCPD. I am not satisfied with todays events as I went there in an errand and was harassed for things that happened between the manager and I in the past and it was utterly unprofessional on her, and the staffs part as they did her bidding. In today’s political climate, she opted to use the police as a weapon against a returning customer who was not privy to her employment in said store. I am even more furious as I was with my 7 week daughter. Do not shop here. Personal stakes have no place at work and as a customer I feel absolutely violated.

I went to the outlet location for crocs since I live 5 mins away. This location is awful. When I walked in, there was a young girl at the register but she didn't greet me or ask if I needed help. The whole time I was in the store she didn't speak to me actually. Then when I was ready to check out I went to the register. She stared at me for an awkward amount of time before saying "did you want to buy those?" Obviously. Then she said "are you exchanging them?" I had nothing else in my hand so that wasn't a very smart question. She rung me up and that was it. Just no basic customer service skills at all. Idk if it's a generational difference or what, but I'm a millennial and still expect customer service.

Our go to store for a croc obsessed family! The staff were helpful with our purchase and exchange. The store manager was also amazing. Will definitely be back to shop.

I came today to make a return at 8:30 Pm because on the website shows they close at 9:00 Pm. The representative still inside the store refused to open until finally open the door told me they close at 8:00 pm . And very rude quickly close and star walking back.. Not sure it's true. I'm writing an email to costumer support about this issue because Crocs website and Google shows closing at 9:00 Pm

I placed a pair of slides on a 24hour hold online. 2 hours later I hadn't received a notification saying that my item was pulled and that I could make my way down to the store. We had other things to do so my husband called and asked if my item was ready if it's ok that we head out there. The associate my husband spoke to said that they haven't pulled it online orders as of yet. It's now 2p you close and 9p, and as a former store manager that is a red flag! The associate said she "doesn't know who is doing online orders but she would pull them anyway"We get to the store and again... Red flags! All staff standing around the cash wrap and just talking amongst themselves or with their friends. No one greeted us as we walked in and no one asked if we needed help. I had to stare at a few ppl to see if they had any discernable items that said "hey I work here!" When I FINALLY got my item the associate who got my slide just handed them to me and walked off. Apparently a 24hr hold at this location means that it would've been on hold till EOD (End of Day) she left the hold ticket still tapped to my shoe...and seeing that when we called no one knew who was doing the online orders I would've been SOL (Sh*t outta luck).
