In these days of declining customer service, Critical IT Solutions is just the opposite. Their customer service is nothing short of outstanding! I have always received almost immediate response to any request for help, or just with a question, and follow-up to make sure I have no remaining issues. Of course, my problems are few because they monitor and update my systems on a continuing basis, and keep me informed on issues I should be aware of. I'd highly recommend Critical IT Solutions to anyone.
