I would have definitely given 5 stars if wasn’t the way I felt the employees treated me when I went to pick up the online order. A person named Jeane who texted was very thoughtful over the text as I texted back stating I don’t have my Id other than a picture of it. She was kind enough to ask me to bring the photo of it. The lady who assisted me with the pick up came on quite aggressive and unprofessional in dealing with my situation where despite me presenting my id off of my phone. I apologized and offered to come back after the rude gestures she made. Such a branded store like that shouldn’t make customers feel like that. There’s plenty of other ways to handle such a situation and make a risk free decision for your line of work and convey the message to me who was at fault for not having an id on hand, but the lady didn’t know how to handle it. I don’t intend to come into that store again but rather buy it online and ship it to my home. Other than that store was great and nice environment. Thank you Jeanne for making a risk free decision I wish I could have left a better review.

The staff was really rude despite me spending almost $1000 at the store. They weren’t welcoming, they were rushing me and very condescending. They were arguing with a customer in front of me too. Definitely not coming back the vibes were so awful

Friendly staff and a spacious store. Good selection of COACH sling bags and big purses. Nice shopping experience here whenever I stop in.

Stupid system of making customers queue outside the store in the heat. Employee outside said it was to manage numbers in the store. Except the store was mostly empty. I guess they are trying some gimmick to try and create and impression of scarcity or something. Took my business elsewhere.

3 stars because their collection is better than Tory Birch across the street. BUT we were at this location today and saw one employee standing outside the door of this store. Not knowing if this employee was on a break we walked in, shopped and came out to see another employee outside the door and realized they had employees taking turns to just stand outside the store. When I asked about it I was told they were out to manage the line - except there was no line at 2:30 pm on Friday and it was almost 100F outside! Why would you put your employees through this useless exercise on an unbearably hot summer day?

april 13th 2023 5:50 - today i went to the coach outlets store hoping to buy something but the ladies in the store were being dismissive and would not talk to me or even acknowledge my existence. No one asked if i needed help because i’m an afro latino and they ignored my father as well. pure discrimination.

The new technology that enables you to log in to the specific store by scanning a barcode and then checking the prices and offers on each item (based on your perks and points) is really cool and helpfulThe store needs to be a little bit more organizedStaff are helpful and friendlyProbably need more seats for customers and their accompanies

Some person spoke for all of coach saying “Coach doesn’t gift wrap”. Smh my very last order from coach was gift wrapped. I would take the extra drive and go elsewhere as I have much better treatment at other Coach stores.

I had an issue with a small crossbody bag that I received as a gift. The sides started to rip. I went online and found out that if I brought my bag into any Coach store, they can ship it to corporate to be repaired. I didn't realize that I needed the original order information (email, etc.) so I unfortunately had to contact the person who gave me the gift to obtain this information. (Side note, the cell reception is terrible here, making it more difficult to retrieve the info). The staff there were all very friendly and very helpful not only to me but also to the other customers in line that required assistance. They did some paperwork for my bag and provided me with a copy. I received emails showing me updates on my bag (received at warehouse, shipping back to me) and my bag arrived repaired and back home in a short number of weeks. I really appreciate the customer service here!Another side note - I didn't realize that their expensive slide shoes are made of PVC. Pretty disappointing for the name and price.

Really no different from the main stores as they had loads of items that didn't look like last season's. And there were discounts up to 60%, other bargains and the option to bring back old merchandise to be refurbished and resold in a secondary market. Definitely worth a visit as you are sure to save a lot than if you walked into a regular store and bought at full price.

Very poor customer service! They will greet you once you enter the store but will not bother answer your questions or check inventory/pricing for you.It is very clear they have "preferred customers" and everyone else is just an inconvenience. Some of their policies are stupid and don't make sense such as putting limits on how many items of the same product you can buy. Also, their FINAL sale policy on some items even if it was not opened/used. Arrogant staff, uncomfortable experience, over-priced products.

I visited the store with my sister yesterday, Wednesday, May 11, around 12:00,when we entered we did not receive any welcome or question about what we looking for.So we started to see and try some bags, some of the employees just looked at us weird in such a way that we felt discriminated for being of Latin origin.And then a gentleman named Donald came to offer his help, he is the only one who saves the store.The other workers must be trained to serve all customers equally, because everyone who enters the store is a potential customer who will buy.But they paid attention to the (some) people who came into the store. I will not mention color or race but it was very evident.Most of the employees had an arrogant attitude, including the cashier named CALISTA.
