“At recommendation of dealer rep, took my Toyota Highlander's ripped driver's perforated heated/cooled leather seat to Leather Medic MD. Within an hour, they provided an estimate for repairing the seat with a near identically colored perforated vinyl that was 10% of the Toyota cost for a new seat and scheduled the work for a week later. When I took my car he checked and told me I had by mistake pressed child safety lock and so the glass had locked up. He showed it to me and didn’t charge anything. I was so impressed.
