Before leaving the store, make sure you check items that are in boxes. I purchased a box of 3 underwear and got home and noticed that there were only 2 in the box and these 2 were a totally different underwear than what I purchased. I went back to the store to return them to be told by the manager “we can not accept this return since I have no way of knowing if you switched out the Underwear”. I spent $14 and you would think the manager would believe the customer since it is such a small cost but this is what separates good and bad management. I spend hundreds of dollars here every time I visit but will know longer shop here due to the lack of customer service.

Cheating customers with the discount systemsEmails coupons and store discounts can be combined sometimes, and cannot be combined sometimes. It depends on the cashiers/managers. It is really inconvenient and disappointed.

Located Upper Level more towards the middle.I love shopping at CK. Mostly for their under garmet. Because their two-piece cotton sets is so hot. TJ MAXXs, Marshalls or Ross may have them but it's not as good. They are a little more pricey. But these days. It's hard to find a comfy bra that does not shift or have a bra that pokes you. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. Definitely shopping here more.

After shopping at the Tommy Hilfiger right across from here, we were given a coupon that was good at Calvin Klein. We came just out of curiosity, and well because we had the coupon, but ended up really liking this store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was organized and easy to navigate, and the prices actually weren't bad. We were just at the outlets on a random day, but ran into a lot of great sales, including here. We ended up buying a lot of nice outfits for my son including a hoody and jean jacket. We will definitely stop by on our next visit to check them out again.

I went to this store to do some shopping with my boyfriend and was monitored and followed around the store the entire time. I was very uncomfortable ans upset by this type of behavior. I tried to ignore the sales associate and keep doing my shopping, so I still made a purchase. However I will not go to this store again. This was racist behavior. As a black woman, I have never been profiled before and regret not getting the associates name and speaking to the manager.

Had a wonderful experience here. This is the Calvin Klein outlet that is at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets in... you guessed it... Clarksburg. I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

Great that we have Calvin Klein store in our town. I like their jeans. Employees in this store are very helpful and friendly.
