Chris was awesome! He came in, listened to what my description of the problem was and was able to get the issue resolved quickly. He also was able to let me know what options I had and about how much longer my appliance would most likely last. These guys are now my go to for appliance repair.

Call them to have my refrigerator fix because it wasn’t making ice. I was told they needed to replace a part which the repair cost a little over $300. A few hours after the repair was done I let the repairman know it still wasn’t making ice and I was told that it takes 24 hours so I waited. After a few days I let him know that it still not working. He comes back to check I don’t know if anything was done that day and again was told it would take 24 hours and if it still didn’t work then they needed to replace another part. I don’t know anything about repairing a refrigerator that’s why I call them but from what I can tell they don’t know either. I would have appreciated them being honest and telling me they don’t know and that there would a chance that something else was the problem but instead I was told that would fix the problem. I ended up paying to replace a part that didn’t need to be replaced. I won’t be calling them again.

My fridge started making a loud humming/vibrating noise, and I was pretty sure it was the motor for the cooling fan. When I realized we likely would need to replace the fan/motor, I went to Yelp to find a local appliance repair that had good reviews, and landed on Bogart. I emailed the company with my issue and Jose replied very quickly--he was very responsive and friendly, with questions and suggestions. I described the problem and he actually suggested we try emptying the fridge and letting it completely defrost and come to room temp over 24 hours to see if it was a more simple issue like ice in the fridge. Unfortunately the defrost didn't help, as it wasn't ice causing the issue. Jose came out to my home (he was very respectful with COVID precautions!) within 2 days of me originally contacting him and made sure my description of the issue was accurate for the repair. He then ordered the part and came within the week to install it.Bogart is a nice local repair company and Jose was a pleasure to work with. I was bummed the defrost idea wasn't the solution, but I was so impressed and thankful that he even offered that idea before asking me to spend the money to have him come out and look at the appliance first.If we have appliance issues in the future, we will be calling Bogart first!Service: Refrigerator repair

My 11 year old fridge shorted out. Contacted them that evening and Jose' was so quick to respond and let me know they could come out next morning. They fixed the fridge without any issues, very professional, great service, I highly recommend themService: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I have used Bogart for several years, having been referred by several friends who have also used Bogart for their own appliance issues. They are, by far, the best appliance repair team around. They are honest, trustworthy, and provide great work for a reasonable price. I most recently had an issue with a refrigerator and they went about their way to try to assess the issue, at no cost, over the course of a few weeks (and potentially through referring me to another group), before we just concluded the appliance was beyond repair and just needed replacement. They could have easily tried to fix 'something' to charge me but did not. So long as I live in this area, Bogart is my go-to-team for appliance repair.Services: Refrigerator repair

It's not too often these days you find outstanding service from a company, but I can honestly say Bogart Appliance Repair is a real find! My dishwasher stopped working so I called Jose for a diagnosis on the machine. He and his son came out the following day, informed me of the problem and offered to order the needed part. I decided instead to buy a new dishwasher. It was available the following day, and on short notice Jose said to call him when it arrived and he would come back to install it. I gave him a call the next day when the dishwasher was delivered and he and his son were at my house within 45 minutes to not only take out the old one, but to install the new one. They were both extremely professional, quick and did the job perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Bogart Appliance Repair to anyone needing a repair service. Thank you!!
