First off the woman working there is very rude, not helpful at all. I assumed the manger would straighten things out, but he was also very rude . I will not be going there again.

This PO is clean, organized and very pleasing to the eye, light years better my PO in Norfolk, VA. That's where the pleasantness ends. The woman on duty was clearly miserable as she was unfriendly and the antithesis of helpful. If I treated anyone like this in my position I would be fired. I suppose the security of a federal job makes one free to be rude.

My husband went there(82 yo) to mail a letter certified. The form is very small and difficult for-him to complete. He asked for assistance and she said no that he would need to do the best he could. He Left and went to bel air post office where they gladly assisted him. I assume she forgot that she works for us.

Customer service was wonderful, was able to answer all of our questions politely. The cost was significantly lower than other near by shipping stores.

I love this post office. Very helpful, full of local charm. My closest post is Aberdeen - to the other poster who said this branch sucks, go visit the Aberdeen branch. You'll run back to Churchville.i go out of my way to come here.

This is the friendliest local post office I've found- always go out of my way to use churchville rather than bel air. Also not nearly as crowded.

Just your average post office. I have had a few issues with sending international but anytime I call and let them know what the issue is they are more than willing to assist with correcting the issue. They have po boxs available for purchase. They also have greeting cards for purchase. They sell the regular stamps and boxes as well. They have some great staff that work at this location that are always willing to not only help ringing you up but giving you advice to help with cost on packages. The mailmen and women seem to be very nice as well. I have dealt with the mailman that delivers. I haven't ever had issues with him. All in all this is a great post office to satisfy your Mail needs.
