The man that works the desk is very nice and very polite always and even helps without you asking. The 2 older ladies are terrible to deal with. The one with dark hair I think has a hearing issue and you need to repeat things to her like 4 times and then she gives you a nasty look for being loud. They also are into everyone’s business and making comments.

I would give 0 stars because at 8:40 am they were not opened on Monday, (supposed to open retail section at 8:30),you heard them laughing and talking while filling the post office rental boxes,I greeted them through the wall and no one answered back,they just talked louder amongst themselves so as to ignore me. They never opened and so instead of my 1st visit here where I was trying to get a rental box and mail a package, it became my last and only visit. I will never go there again even though it is closer to me than where I ended up having to take care of my business.

The women who run this post office are some of the nicest human beings I have ever met, They remember your name, they remember a bit about you and they are always cordial. They also know what they are doing and are professional in their approach and depth of knowledge. They still carry forward that important attitude of being proud to serve the public. As you can see, I'm a fan...and I don't event live in Church Hill, and have no family or other personal connections to anyone who works there.
